AT&T Store

Customer service was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful. They both went above and beyond to make sure we walked out fully satisfied with our product and service.

Krishawn is such a knowledgeable employee! She was so kind and patient and went over and above to give me good service. Your business has a very valuable employee in this sweet lady .
The next day I went in to buy more chargers and Miranda and Shelton helped me . They both made my whole experience very informative and positive being very patient with me . They are very good att employees. They all deserve a raise🥰🥰🥰

Yesterday I came in & I asked about a phone that I wanted to transfer over to AT&T. I left the store in cutoff because they weren't helpful at all and caught an attitude & sent me to another store. I came to Raceland and was able to get excellent customer service, got the information I needed and got new phones. They were very helpful, they need more people at AT&T that are as helpful as them.

I bought an iPhone XS and jimmy gave me exceptional service and transferred all my data. He was very professional with making sure I was taken care of while making sure to accommodate other customers also. Making us each feel valued

I went into the store during my lunch break to purchase a sims card because my phone had went overboard while out fishing. The rep was very knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful of my time. He had a new sims card setup, installed, and the phone operational in less than 10 minutes! Thank you for excellent service!!!

This place could use some updates & more chairs for customers. This place could also use some airflow in the area. The customer service was just ok. The phone lines are cheaper than Verizon but not as good as we wished. My phone drops daily. 😭 I called and did receive a credit on my phone bill but I spent an hour on the phone pushing for that. They did an investigation to the area we work but nothing was found.

Miranda & Shelton were really helpful. We were able to get an Upgrade and new internet with no issues. Best AT&T experience to date! I appreciate all your help.
