The arraigned appointment was within a few days of the call. They showed up on time and gave an understandable quote. Got right to work. They finished the job in a timely manner. l

I recently needed an anode rod installed and contacted Jay Johnson Plumbing. They were incredibly responsive! Within 24 hours of reaching out, they'd discussed a plan with me and scheduled the appointment. Just 3 days later, the plumber arrived.

Mr. Johnson himself, who came, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. He didn't just install the anode rod, but also took a look at other plumbing components and identified some potential issues I wasn't aware of.

I have called on Jay throughout the years to handle many different plumbing issues. Most recently Jay & Mark just completed updates to the shower fixtures in one of my bathrooms & repaired a part on my main shutoff valve. They even repaired the drywall taken down to access the plumbing at no additional charge. They did a great job at fair & reasonable prices. We recently used Jay to help solve the mystery of how we broke our kitchen faucet while trying to clean out the filter. After coming for the first visit, and after first trying to fix the it in the most inexpensive way possible, he ended up replacing the solenoid valve and it’s working good as new. While he was here we asked him to fix other plumbing issues and he was happy to add on last minute fixes. He even put up with my yapping dogs! He’s the guy you call when you want to fix something right and know that you’re paying for quality, and long lasting, work. We will continue to call him for all of our plumbing needs.
