Whitesell pharmacy I love you guys!! I've been going there for years and they literally saved my life and I am forever in Dept to you 🙏. Thank you for your professionalism, and your employers are very nice and respectful. Always fast and had all my medication on time.

Whitesells is the only pharmacy I've ever worked with and so far and things are pretty good what you want when you're to get it I won't send any pictures even if I could I would first want to get their permission to send anything I'm assuming it would be all right but I would want to make sure it would be alright with them.

GREAT PEOPLE who work there they make sure you are taken care of and they care about our situations and issues you may have with doctors or insurance I've been loyal to them for years now..

This place reminds me of how Pharmacy’s used to be. You’re treated like a real person, not just a name and number. Sometimes you have to wait, but it’s worth it. They are always very nice.

I could not be more thankful that I found this pharmacy. I was having a nightmare of a time consistently getting my prescriptions filled in a timely manner at the big chains. I would end up driving from one pharmacy to another trying to get them filled. Then I contacted Whitesell's. They told me if I transfer all of my prescriptions to them that they would have my back - and they have!!! They may not have a drive thru but they are more than worth having to park and go in. I've never had trouble finding parking out front. Thank you Whitesell's Pharmacy for making me feel like a valued customer rather than just another number.

Been going here for about 7 years now. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Need an example? One time there was an insurance hangup near closing time, and my phone call to the insurance company lasted until about 10 minutes after the close time. The whole time I was on the phone, I was watching the time, but the Whitesell staff was very understanding and told me not to worry if the call went until after closing time. Highly recommended!

Very nice professional compound pharmacy. This is my 1st experience with having to have a special made prescription. They made me feel comfortable with the possibility of interactions with other medications. My special prescription was ready in a couple of days, so happy it wouldn't take longer.

I love frequenting local businesses! This is the most wonderful local pharmacy. Everyone is super nice there. Did you know that they will deliver your prescription(s) to you?!? It is a small pharmacy on N. Market Street but it has what you need.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable pharmacists, and a well-stocked inventory (compared to several nationwide pharmacies in the area who couldn’t provide expected stock dates for monthly medication refills).

Out of the pharmacies I've been to over the years, Whitesell,s Pharmacy is number one on my list. The pharmacists and the staff are always kind, and it never takes more than 20 minutes to have the medication filled. They are, by far, the best pharmacy n Frederick,MD. What really sets them apart as special in their field is that when needed, they deliver as well free of charge. I am not sure if the delivery is always free, but within the cities limits it is. Anyone looking for a great pharmacy that happily meet your needs in whatever capacity needed should definitely give them a try!!!

Can't say enough good things about them. The pharmacists are phenomenal and truly care about patients . I am a case manager and they have done more for me here and provided me with more information than anyone with the State, Health department, etc. to help our mutual patients.

They go above and beyond to assist their patients and I am in awe.

One of the few non-chain pharmacies left. The customer service is above & beyond what you'll get in any other chain pharmacy. They're always friendly & courteous & have enough staff on hand so that you don't have to wait in long lines. They also do specialized Rx compounding & provide medical equipment. It's extremely convenient to have all these services in one location. Great pharmacy!

Prior to my discovery of Whitesells, every month was quite stressful thanks to meds needing ordered or a pharmacist disagreeing with my doctors orders. Then I found out about Whitesells and my monthly refills now make me smile. No more "we need to order this" or standing in long lines. This pharmacy is a breath of fresh air. I'm quite thankful that I discovered them.

Ordered a breast pump (covered by insurance) through Whitesells. Emailed request on Sunday - received the pump on Tuesday!! Was very pleased with how responsive Kathy C. was to my request. Thanks for making this so easy!

It is refreshing to have a local pharmacy in Frederick. I have been dealing with Whitesells Pharmacy for 15 years both personally and professionally. If you desire knowledgeable pharmacists/friendly staff and wonderful customer service, then this is the pharmacy for you. Further Whitesells is invested in Frederick and giving back to the community. They have my business for life.
