I’ve been taking my car to the Frederick Motor Company ever since I relocated back to Maryland. Every experience has been great. I had been living in California for decades, and was used used to the exorbitant prices charged by dealership service department. That has never happened to me with Frederick Motor Company. I make an appointment and wait for my car to be done in their very comfortable waiting room. If it takes five minutes longer than they told me, they will come out and let me know and tell me the reason why. That’s only happened once. They are courteous, efficient, and always do a great job at a reasonable price.I highly recommend them.

Grant made the entire car buying process low stress, low pressure and low key. He is so knowledgeable about the Subaru models and trim levels. He was as involved as we wanted him to be in our shopping experience, answering questions when we had them and letting us window shop as much as wanted. We visited multiple times over the course of a month until we made a decisions. When we were ready to buy, he moved quickly and was super responsive. He got us exactly what we wanted and in our new car fast. The purchase and finance process was seamless as well. We couldn’t be happier with our new car and the service provided by Grant and the team at Frederick Motor company. We’ll be a repeat customer here for sure!

What amazing experience from start to finish! If you want a Subaru go here, they are great with customer service! I knew what I wanted but the knowledge and experience sold the deal! I will be back for my next purchase later on down the road.

Mark was extremely helpful and patient with my situation, him and his crew were able to find me a $4,000 rebate that they were able to apply as a down payment the same day! They were clear and considerate with their explanations for financing as this was my first time financing a car!

This is second time I’ve brought my car here for service and both times I was just amazed by the respect and professionalism of the staff (and specifically Jim the service manager).

First time was an urgent request and he squeezed me in and handled it quickly. I thought it was a much bigger issue and it was a simple easy fix that was easy on the wallet! He explained everything in detail and was not patronizing at all - which as a woman happens far too often when I bring my car in for service.

The second time it was a much bigger issue and I was at 60,006 miles (of a 60k warranty) and he checked himself to see if I had an extended warranty (I did not think I did) and turns out it was covered. He also fixed it in a day (and had initially told me 4-5 to get the parts). Throughout the process he was honest, respectful and extremely professional. Frederick Subaru has my business as long as Jim is employed there!

I can't say enough about the positive experience I had purchasing a vehicle from the Frederick Motor Company. From the high car IQ low pressure approach of John O'Neil and the internet sales team, to Pete's kindness in the actual car purchasing process and Chris' work in constructing a really extraordinary deal - I can say unequivocally that Frederick Motor Company provided me the perfect car buying experience.

Customer service is great! When they work on my truck, they do a nice work and in timely manner. I’m a disabled person with very limited walking and when they finished servicing my truck, they brought it to my house at no extra charge. Excellent personnel…!

Highly recommend this business for their professionalism and customer service. We were in town for the weekend and developed an issue with our car and they fit us in so we didn’t have to delay our return home. Would give them 10 stars!

Brad was terrific! The whole process was fast, efficient and thorough. He was patient as we made some decisions. Even finance was good as we didn't feel pressured to buy anything we didn't want.

I purchased a new 2023 F-150 from the Frederick Motor Company. This has been hands down the best car buying experience. My salesman Joseph made everything very easy, and got me in and out very fast. Overall great experience and will be going here for any future car purchases.

Great experience. No hard pushy sales tactics. Grant was very knowledgeable about products and features, even made sure we saw actual colors of paint options. Had no problem with us leaving and discussing options. Entire staff was great. Wish more dealers were like this.if you are in the market for a Subaru I highly recommend them.

Due to the Holidays I couldn't get an oil change with Ford for several weeks, so they recommended Quick Lane. They informed me no appointment necessary, first come first serve. So I walked in around 9:30 am for my oil change. I have the Ford maintenance plan and they were able to pull my information up without any issues. The staff was polite and professional. They seem to have a good team who work well together in order to get their jobs done efficiently. I went in just for an oil change, but the service mgr. informed me a tire rotation was included in my plan so they got that done as well. I walked in around 09:30am and was able to go to Boscov's for a quick shopping trip and come back to my car being ready to go. They looked busy to me, but were still very polite, quick, and efficient. Much appreciated!

I went in there just a test drive. I was met with a smiling face and easy to work with folks. So much so, that I ended up purchasing! Everyone there was very friendly from finance person to the sales manager to the car sales guy. I always wonder if I should call them out on social media. But I think he knows who he is. He really is very knowledgeable of cars and helped me out tremendously on my new purchase. I definitely would recommend this dealership. Very good dealership to work with. Friendly and knowledgeable sales team. They worked with me to find the vehicle I wanted and gave me a good price. If I need an another vehicle in the future I would definitely consider purchasing from them.
