I will always recommend this petsmart to my friends, family, and anyone who asks. The woman working the register today was a monumental help in me figuring out some things with my cat. You'll always have some people who don't care for there jobs in each industry but every now and then you'll find a woman with passion like that. Catfish greatly appreciates you!

Amazing service! Took our lil boy Jax (a 12ish week old rescue) to get a bath and his nails clipped. They did an excellent job being gentle and loving with him. Eased him into everything from meeting him to grooming him. Even held him til we got back since he was afraid to go in the kennel. We will definitely be back many times for all our future needs and will recommend family to do the same! Thank yall so much!

Favorite place to shop, probably because I love my fur babies so much. Seriously...love going there because of the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Tonight's experience gets a 5 star! I was able to get refunded for 2 Betta fish that both died over a week after they were purchased didn't have the receipt for the first fish I purchased, having the app & being a rewards member is worth it, the kind sales rep lady pulled up my purchase history.

Excellent place to shop for pet supplies

We love bringing our dogs into the store and for their grooming. The girls are all so sweet. Sarah is our go to groomer for our larger and older dog. She takes her time with her.

So I can appreciate the prices here and also the availability of products. I also love the cats here. I would really love to see more training for employees here. I find the staff lack knowledge and sometimes I feel they don’t want to deal with customers. If this place doesn’t step up I can see no reason why I just shouldn’t order from Chewy.
