They let us send several packages here and they held them for pickup for a very small fee. Fast friendly service. Much appreciated.

The staff is always friendly and very helpful! I go there often and highly recommend them.

Called the store angry and upset at my situation. After being transferred to another associate and talking to him, my understanding of the situation greatly changed. I will give the office another chance after discussing more with them.

I've been bringing packages here multiple times each week for years. EVERYONE there is really great. Recently I had surgery on my elbow and couldn't unload (about 40) the boxes.

The team - without hesitation - went out to my truck and hauled in about 1200 lbs of boxes for shipping. Now THAT is going above and beyond, and it' just a single example of their routine kindness over the years.

I wish everyone was as caring as these folks.

I absolutely love this location and the wonderful people who work here. Always greeted with a smile, always someone there to help you out and get you going which is appreciated as I am always in a hurry. They opened so quickly after the Hurricane; they make sure their customers are a priority. Thanks for such great customer service! I hope you and your families are well.

I can’t say enough about how much I love this store. Not only are the guys friendly & knowledgeable but I am in & out in no time even when the store is full of people. They helped me out with a spam purchase & made sure I got my products back swiftly & on top of that they were so understanding & helpful. I will choose this place over any other shipping options around town!

I’ve used this UPS store a number of times. I’m completely satisfied with the service, especially since all my usual business with them is via Amazon. I’ll give them credit for having to deal with all of our Amazon items, it must get old after a while and frustrating. Amazon should make it easier on everyone by having all items brought to the store as is and let the store deal with packing the item. This nonsense of switching back in forth between not having items packaged for return or having items packaged for return is inconvenient for everyone. The store has always been helpful when I’ve forgotten to tape a box or forgotten the box entirely. I’ve never been charged for tape and the prices for them to package an item are extremely affordable. I even like their taste in music they listen to in the store, old school jazz. The only thing I’d like to see is the drive up window open and being used. That would be much easier for me.

I am in this UPS Store at least twice two three times a month. They have always been very kind, courteous and friendly. They are also eager to assist you in any service they offer! Which is more than just shipping products. They also do banners, canvas prints, and Prince as large as you need, everything customizable. The employees and owner are very knowledgeable in everything they do! I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone I know! They have a great group of employees all ready to assist you!

Ups has great fast and friendly service

I have been using UPS for personal shipping and will now be using them for business as well. The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful, and you can tell that they have very good management in place.

They have shipped several large packages both domestically and internationally, all of which were delivered safely and on-time. Some of the boxes have been large and awkward but the staff here still makes sure that they are transported properly and that all the contents are safe.

I would definitely recommend this UPS Store to anybody, especially if you have questions about shipping; the staff here knows what to do.

UPS store has always taken care of me, wrapped my packages with care, and I've never had a problem with anything. Friendly service, even from the Owner, who pitches in when it is busy. Great place to take your packages, even if you don't have boxes for them. These folks will hook you up, and get er done. JW

This UPS store is the best. I called because I had a hurt foot and they came out to me. The guy got my package brought it in and took care of everything. This guy definitely went out of his way to help and it was so appreciated.

I love this store! The drive thru makes it super convenient. I am here once or twice a month to mail important papers for work and I've never had issues in the 2 years I've been using them. They are courteous and will even tape up my boxes when I run out of tape!

The UPS store far exceeded my expectations. I had a package that was time sensitive to return to the manufacturer. I assumed there was no way or not enough time and I would lose $200. Nonetheless, I walked into the store & these guys jumped all over my needs.....great experience & service!

I needed a postal box that came with a street address and also a place that worked with multiple carrier services so this was a no brainer!! Hearing the UPS store also signs for your packages from UPS FEDEX and USPS I couldn't be more happier!! At $6 more a month over a usps box that doesn't sign for usps and FedEx for you and sends you a text when you get a package who would not want this as a mailing location!!

Billy, Jordan and staff at the Houma UPS Store have been invaluable in helping my legal business. They provide excellent service in shipping, postage, copying, shredding, and more. Moreover, they are tremendously nice people who go above and beyond to assist. They will always have my sincere gratitude.

I saw that The UPS Store in Houma offered photo printing services while using their shipping services. The canvas prints on the wall really interested me. Recently, I had a photo I was interested in putting on canvas, and decided to give them a shot. I was very impressed with the quality of the print, as were my wife and daughters. Additionally, I waited for the canvas instead of coming back, and I lucked out due to the time of day. They weren’t going crazy with customers coming in and out, and i received my stretched canvas in about a 1/2 hour. 10/10 would use them again.

The Customer Service was amazing, the Staff is very welcoming, friendly, and well educated on handling customers. I recommend anyone out there to visit the location and see for yourself how quickly you'll be In and Out and look forward to your next visit there at the UPS store.

I highly recommend using Billy's UPS store in Houma, LA. The entire staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Being a local small business owner I can appreciate when a business goes the extra length to serve it's customers, and Billy's UPS definitely does!!!

Very friendly, even put the things I was shipping into a package for me, and they attached the label. I did not have to wait, and was greeted AS SOON as I walked in the door. Pure awesomeness!
