Everyone was great here at Irving Motors. Omar helped my family so much to see us get the truck we wanted. It was was way past Omar's time to go home but he stayed with my family until we drove off with the Tundra we wanted late Saturday night. In the financing department Eli made sure we understood all the paperwork and helped us make wise decisions in our vehicle coverage and with our finance terms. The whole experience was more than excellent and this is where I will come back for my next vehicle.

Went and applied for a new truck, and had the pleasure of working with Mr.Martinez. He made the process go by real smooth and worked well with me. Definitely will be referring people to this place.

I had an overall pleasant experience with Brandon at Irving Motors. I was not sure what to expect, but per the other reviews they were definitely on point. His customer service was great, even with me arriving 30 mins before closing. I was never rushed, the staff were pleasant and remained professional throughout the entire process. I must say the dealership was also very clean and well organized. I was impressed. My kids were making plenty of noise and running around and Brandom was very accomodating with them. The vehicle needed an oil change, per the vehicle computer and I had missed that the day of purchase. Days later Brandon called me to bring the van in, complete the service with no hassle or anything. I will definitely refer friends/ family and be purchasing again in the future.

When in to see a van and the salesman helped us out. He reminded me of my dad.. straight to the point no BS..because who has time for all that
A lot of people complain they didn't get what they wanted or they're car they bought messed up. Come on, people, you guys need to be more responsible.
Do your research, ask questions, and recheck things. Blame game is out of control with you people. Lazy lazy clients.

They have great Cars, i bought a Ford Tránsit Van and is really good, the service of the people who work here is very Nice and everything is fast. Next time i Buy a car i ll call to Irving Motors. Thanks.

It was an amazing experience. I was treated with respect and even as a family member. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy from here again and again in the years to come. I bought a 2006 Jetta after I got into a car accident and totaled my vehicle. They gave me a monthly payment that works within my budget, made my first experience buying my own car really easy, they even changed my oil and checked my vehicle for issues before leaving the lot. Robin was awesome, very professional, doesn’t beat around the bush or sugar coat, Eli was very thorough with the financing terms, and although my credit isn’t great, the team at Irving Motors got me into a great vehicle and were so patient and helpful. 10/10 would recommend for friendly service and having been provided a great deal for a reliable vehicle.

(Only thing is I wish the radio worked, but that’s literally my only “grievance.” Not even a big enough deal to give these guys less than 5 stars.)

I bought my first truck ever here. The whole experience was awesome. Fast and friendly and they met my every need. I had a great experience dealing with Irving Motors on Braniff Drive. Robin, was the salesman I worked with and he was great! He was honest with me and made me feel like my needs were appreciated and made accommodations, too. They also fairly appraised my trade-in and gave me the highest trade-in value compared to the five other dealerships I visited. The car I purchased from them is running well and I am very satisfied with their services and product.

I just bought a vehicle with Irving Motors. Roberto was super helpful and very patient with me. When it came to signing the papers Jacky explained very thing in detail. If I asked any question she was able to answer me. I will definitely be coming again to buy my next vehicle!

I had a great experience with Irving Motors. The staff the facility and the vehicles were great. I found that they were very patient with all my questions and the process in general. Ultimately, I did not end up buying but that was not due to anything they did wrong. My father in law offered me his truck and he was basically giving it away so I had to take that deal. Even though I didn't buy, I will be coming back here for my future car buying

Jason was really helpful and pretty chill. He drove us to the second Irving motors site just to check out a vehicle we ended not buying, he didn’t even fuss about it either! Well anyways, the vehicle I did buy needed some new tires, Jason took the liberty on getting the mechanics to install new tires for us at no additional cost. Pretty awesome dude.

Just purchased an F150 from Alan, he is your sales man, fast, efficient, and super helpful. No hassles! My buy was quick and he helped with also getting my car fax paper work, to reassure me of my buy! David was a wonderful salesman. Very easy to work with, more than accommodating and gave us a great deal on our 2013 Prius. They even fixed a few minor things on the car for free. I would gladly recommend Irving Motors for anyone in the market for a new car. I will definitely be coming back the next time I am in need of a vehicle.

My grandfather bought a car from Irving motors and received the respect and curtesy he deserved. He wasn’t sure what vehicle he wanted but was able to find a vehicle with the wide variety of selection without being pressured. Definitely would recommend this dealership to my family. Jason is an excellent sales person! He was very kind and a lot of patience with a frustrated customer trying to purchase a car. Jason was instrumental in finding the best deal for me. Was very knowledgeable on which bank would do the best financing. The bank he lead me to was an exceptional bank that not only financed the Town & Country I bought from him but I was able to refinance my 2016 Dodge Ram at a much lower interest rate. I will send anyone who is looking to buy a car to Jason...he is a superb individual worthy of doing business with him.
