Staff were pleasant/friendly and helpful, dining area was clean, and service was great! Ample room to dine-in, cozy seating areas, and bathroom was impeccably clean.

The staff are always nice to me. I come in just about everyday and they know my order by heart, lol. Very friendly people. They keep the store clean and the sugar packages stocked.

When I go there in the mornings the staff remembers us and already knows our order. Love to feel so welcomed when you go into a place. Coffee and frozen coffee we recommend

I went to Dunkin 🍩 Donuts to order an large latte, 1 jelly donut, 1 boston cream, and 1 large sweet 🍵 tea, 6 hash browns also the manager was very generous that she had gave me extra 🍩 Donuts for free because they took too long with my order. I really do like this Dunkin Donuts restaurant because they put their customers first ahead of themselves. So they deserve an 5 stars rating 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I'm looking forward to eating at this particular Dunkin Donut restaurant.

I'm in a wheelchair and due to not having doors open automatically, when I got my order, an employee helped me carried my coffee and held the door open for me. They were so polite and helpful.

Polite and courteous which is always nice and my coffee was actually good and prepared right which is not common in many different places unless one prepares it themselves... Thank you❤

Just grabbing an iced coffee... The new Dunkin's has messed up my order like 5 times in a row... We spend ALOT of$$ there!! I wish the other was as good n efficient as the 7th st location...

The best DD in Frederick! Kyle and Saudia are awesome! They start making my coffee as soon as the see me walking toward the front door. Cannot say enough good things about this place.

I ordered 10 pieces munchkins and they gave me 16 pieces which was great. My frozen vanilla Chai was overflowing with whipped cream and it was beautiful. Staff were really generous and lovely.

This is a very good place to go to if you want fresh donuts, and a great smile at the drive-through. Girls work really hard in this place.

Co-workers are awesome!!! Because they're very good taking longer than normal because they're friendlier to disability people and deaf people... I'm serious, they're awesome people!!!

Coffee was great, it was clean, service is so-so, didnt make the drink the way i asked, didnt offer to fix it, so i did it myself inside the store. Not really a big deal, bit starbucks will JUMP to fix your coffee.

My favorite DD in Frederick. They get the orders right every time all the time. Place is clean, employees friendly and parking is always abundant.
