First Pentecostal Church Of Durham

Attended this church once last year and once this year( see picture with a few friends who were present with me).. The prayer, praise and the preaching of the Word in this church is powerful! I sensed the presence and power of God in this place! Awesome time! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🔥🔥🔥🔥

I've gone to east coast all my life and over the years it has become more personal to me. The Holy Ghost just falls every single service!

This is a place where every need can be met. If you are broken-hearted, Jesus will meet you and will heal your broken-heart. You can have a physical healing, you can be filled with the Holy Spirit, you can join a Bible study.This is a Multicultural congregation with activities for all ages and stages of life! This is a place where you can feel God every single service. If you have a need, let me tell you God is well able to attend to your need. Let us love you and pray for you! You are welcome here! I find refuge here and believe you will too! I started coming when I was 18 years old and it has been phenomenal! There’s no place I would rather be! I still get super excited to go to church every service.😉💗

The speaker,the band,and the singers were fuel for the spiritual fires set off by the worshippers that is still smoldering

Do you need God? Like seriously..do you need to find purpose for your life? Go here. I attend a church up in Canada (Truth Church of Spruce Grove, AB) that believes the same Truth that this wonderful church does. Take it from a now 27 year old woman who use to be suicidal when I was 15 years old & didn’t know if God was real or not & didn’t know if life was even worth living…In a small town in northern Alberta, Canada where I lived at the time, 15 year old me said “God, if you’re real, please show me somehow”…well, months later, people from a church just like this one found me. They drove over 2 hours to speak to us! They taught my family and I Bible studies. I repented of my sins, was baptized in Jesus name & received the gift of the Holy Ghost at age 16. These were the best days of my life…

I encourage you to attend a service here, ask for a Bible study, ask questions about why they live the way they live because they are able to explain why using Bible answers. Whoever is reading this, Jesus wants you & this place is for you. Don’t let negative google reviews keep you from the greatest place where you can reach out to God…

Beautiful service.
The children get to go to their own building and you can trust the people to take of your kids and to learn about God. if you can't come in a car they provide bus and van services all you have to do is go to the w Brite and email to hem.

True worship and love is demonstrated. The now retired Bishop Johnny Goddaire love for God and His people from all backgrounds was unquestionable

I went with my Aunt and Uncle to this church Sunday morning...I'm here to tell you, the Holy Spirit was definitely in this place. I was blessed.

Love my church!! FPC has been a steadfast rock in my life. Recently going through a death in the family, I realized just how much I truly depend on my church. The wonderful people there are so loving & giving. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. Come join us! You're only a visitor once, then you're family

Great atmosphere, friendly people, GOOD PREACHING. We have been driving an hour to attend here for 11 years. We found rest in the house of the Lord, strength and support in the church family, and liberty to live for God with his Spirit living in us.

Never been to FPC,Durham but pastor Nathaniel Urshan has visited our church in Dayton Ohio at apostolic lighthouse church multiple times to preach and support of winter youth summit and, it was incredible having him, everywhere I go even WPF peak conferences I see him, so I know FPC Durham is representing God in the Holy, Go book of acts church.

On September 29 1996 I was baptized and filled with Holy Ghost! This was the best day of my life! So Happy Anniversary to me! 25 years this is my church home! Church family and this is where my heart is for God his Grace and mercy always is precious and filled in our church!

I love this place! God meets you there; the friendly people are amazing! There is something for everyone and all age groups. The music is awesomeness and reaches to all ages. It’s multicultural which is one of my favorite facts about this place. Everyone belongs and can call this place home! 👍🏻

I have one of the best Pastors in all the world!! When I need more preaching I listen to the Urshan brothers they are wonderful men of God!!

My daughter's family's home church. I always enjoy visiting. A rather largish church full of friendly faces of mixed ethnicity. If you're from the area, I recommend. Lively heartfelt worship is common.

The Best Apostolic Church in town and the only church that you will find in durham having service teaching and preaching the truth. Where lost souls can be saved and Baptized in Jesus. Knowing that That there is One Lord One Faith One Baptism. This is the best place to on a Sunday Morning and Sunday Night and Tuesday night, then we have Thursday Night for Spanish.

This is a wonderful church!! When I first visited, I not only felt warmly welcomed there, I realized the people I met there really lived what they believed. This has been my church home now for years, and my only regret is not finding it sooner. I've learned and grown so much, and have seen many miracles, prayers answered and trials conquered. This church is the real deal.

I have been in this Church for about a year. From the first time I stepped into this Church and heard Pastor Godair preach, watched the young people in that church all dressed in suits and ties, no tattoos, piercings, the girls dressed with proper clothing with their bodies covered properly, NO make up etc and extremely well groomed I knew It was truly a house of GOD. If you are Hungry for the Love of God in your life and want to hear the truth it would be worth it for you to come to this church to visit and see for yourself. It has been an experience in my life that has truly blessed me.
