LOL, ONE of the reasons for this review is because of what you just posted on here, a LIE. I canceled my policy on JULY 15th and you did not call me until the day I gave you this review in AUGUST. Before that, you didn't reach out once about my cancellations or other ins. The reason you said you called me, per the VM you left, was to find out about earthquake insurance and you did not mention talking about this review AT ALL. Yet you just responded posting to this one star review stating you called me specifically to talk about this review. I didn't call you back because I knew the call was a guise and you just proved me right! How do you talk to someone who, in my opinion, twists facts until they're lies. It's a waste of time if you're not being honest. (Btw, I had reached out to someone at American Modern and Allstate about my earthquake insurance on July 14th. when I cancelled all my other policies. If you want to cancel it, go ahead. I really don't care. I just don't want to deal with you or your office anymore.)
