Best time to go is around lunch time! I had a great experience being helped by a really patient person at the front. If you're new or trying to figure out what you need, you'll be welcomed. Super nice, big, clean shop with lots of clear displays. Wasn't upsold and got exactly what I needed.

Bryan was excellent. I was able try different flavors to find my favorite! Best place to go!

ADHD is strong in my blood. I went in with 3 million questions. Never once were eyes rolled, huffs made, or lack of care. They followed my rambles but answered the original question. Will never go anywhere else again. This place is great.

I brought in my shattered tank tonight as I accidentally dropped my mod earlier at work & they went to work fast. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable, helpful and thorough these guys were in making sure that I was fixed back up and running with my vape. Hands down the best vape shop in St Charles County in my opinion I've been there I don't know how many times probably too many but every time I go in every single staff member has been super knowledgeable friendly accommodating and if you ever have an issue with your Vape or any product that you buy there they are prompt and resolving and fixing any issues which are few and far between but customer service is an A+ and I will be a long-term customer.

One of the nicest vape shops I've been to. I've never been to this location before, but I was out traveling today and needed some supplies. To my luck. They carry the brand of coils that I use plus carried a vape juice that I was only able to find online prior to visiting the shop. Store is super clean, staff is very friendly and helpful and their selection is huge. Will definitely visit again.
