Everyone in this office is amazing. I called in around 1pm in extreme pain with a broken tooth. They are the only office I called that was willing to see me and extract the tooth in the same day. Karla, who answered my call was extremely helpful in scheduling my appointment and fitting me in immediately. Dr. Baddam and his dental assistant, Lily, were extremely patient with me and my fear of dental work. They took extra care to make sure i was comfortable and thoroughly went over my medical history to ensure it was safe to extract my tooth. I cannot say enough good things about this office. After 20 years of not having or seeing a dentist, I will most definitely be seeing Dr. Baddam routinely.

(Amber Barnes) anyways, Dr. Dave has done plenty work on my teeth and we still have a bit to go… but because of this office my self esteem is coming back. I’m starting to want to smile again! I’m so grateful I found this office. Everyone makes me feel great every time I’m there. Thank you guys.

Dr. Verma was just wonderful as usual! He took the time to fill two cavities at the very end of the appointment that we had not planned to do at that visit. Then he texted me the next morning to see if I was OK. This practice and everyone who works here is so caring. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I highly recommend them!

They’re just an amazing office. I had to have tooth extracted and get a filling in another. I have a long running phobia of dentists after a bad experience with one as a kid and I wish I’d have found them a decade ago. I’ve never been so comfortable with a Dentist. They don’t rake you over the coals on cost either. This is the dentist I’ll be using for as long as I have teeth, straight up.

I went in to have my teeth assessed (I had cracked one) and they checked them out and presented me with options. They were very thorough and detailed, giving me every bit of information that they could. I have felt rushed in previous dental offices, so this was a welcome change. I scheduled the procedure itself for a week later and just had it done today. Next up is the standard comprehensive mouth exam and a cleaning. I’m finally going to be able to get everything I’ve needed done for years, but my phobia kept me from going unless it was an emergency. I can’t say enough good things. To me, they’re the perfect dentist for my personality. Thank you, all of you. My appreciation is difficult to quantify with words.

I highly recommend this dental practice. I get extremely anxious at the dentist and all the staff are so kind, understating, and comforting. Dr. Verma always takes the time to explain everything to me, without rushing me along and I appreciate that. He is also very skilled and knowledgeable. I had some issues I was having for years and every other dentist I went to dismissed me. He figured out the issue at our first meeting. I have been to a lot of dentists and by far, this is the best practice!

My entire family goes to Frederick Dental Group and we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. The staff is kind and always helpful. Dr. Verma takes time to explain things to us and always takes our comfort into consideration. He called to check on my son after a procedure and that really blew me away. He truly cares about his patients. I would recommend this office to everyone!

I had a great experience here. I had an emergency and they fit me in without a problem (during the covid19 quarantine) they took all safety precautions and were very nice and professional. After my procedure the doctor called me personally that afternoon and even gave me her cell number in case I needed anything. I've never been a big fan of the dentist but they made me more than comfortable. The process was quick waiting time was maybe a few minutes. They even fit me in when I was still having pain within a half hour of me calling. I highly recommend Frederick Dental Group!

I had an emergency and called this office by mistake. Best mistake I have made. I have had 3 visits now and some work done. All of the staff is great. They are very patient with me as I get stressed out in the chair. I have already recommended them to my family and friends.

Four root canals in five months and I still like them! This practice prioritizes your comfort. Their work is stellar; every person working there are caring and friendly; overall an amazing office!

The staff is pleasant, makes you feel secure, and makes each step of the way feel easy. I am terribly afraid of dental work & they've made it less terrifying to call and show up for each appointment. They explain everything thoroughly and the work is long lasting & done correctly. I can't say enough good things about them. Each staff member is the best.

This dental practice is professional, yet friendly. The office personnel are cheerful and seem really happy to be working there. The doctor is like an artist who is passionate about his or her work, and he considers every angle of possible solutions to a patient’s problem. I tried three other dentists before going to Frederick Dental Group, and it is by far the best, most confidence-inspiring place of the lot. I’ve had a great deal of dentistry over the years. I’ve had bad dentists whose work barely lasted a year, I’ve had average good dentists whose work was adequate for a while, and I’ve had one superior dentist whose work lasted 17 years. The atmosphere and attitude at FDG leads me to believe I’ve finally found another superior dental practice.

I thought I’d add to this review that, after having oral surgery here, I still feel as good about FDG as before. This place doesn’t just toss you out the door when the surgery is done. They schedule as many post op visits as necessary to finish the job completely to your satisfaction and comfort level.

We recently moved to the area and were in need of a new family dentist. I’m so glad we found the Frederick Dental Group! We received great service from the get-go when I requested an appointment online. Chrystal called me quickly to get the three of us scheduled and was beyond wonderful. She managed to get my son in the same week due to a cancellation. The appointment itself was great. All staff was in full PPE due to COVID and we couldn’t have felt safer. My son’s treatment plan was fully explained to me and there was absolutely no pressure to schedule his extractions (I have been to other dentists where there was a lot of pressure to make decisions and schedule treatments ASAP). All in all, a great experience!

Very clean, and organized. The scheduling was the fastest of 10 offices I called, and best priced for self pay. All of the staff is amazing, which means the most to me. You’re welcomed immediately by the front desk staff, who are helpful and friendly. Dr D is who I saw, and he is great. He’s very thorough, explains everything, and throws in a lot of jokes. I definitely recommend using this office for future dental needs. 😃

This dental practice is simply amazing. I have been a patient of Dr Verma since 1993. I have followed him from Dental Care of Laurel Lakes to Germantown Dental Group and now nearly 60 miles each way to Frederick Dental Group. In the beginning, I felt as though I was going to support my brother in his new practice back in 1993. However it very quickly changed into him doing me a favor. My whole family has benefited from Dr Verma's passion, experience, and love for Advanced Dental Technology. As an attorney and former Army officer, I naturally grade hard. If I could give Frederick Dental Group 10 stars, I would. Thank you to all the staff and doctors at Frederick Dental Group! My mouth wouldn't be the same without you!

I have horrible Dental Anxiety, and Frederick Dental Group is the best I have ever been to. They are all very kind, and the always want to make sure I am comfortable with everything that is happening. I greatly appreciate these beautiful souls. First class customer service from front staff to dental care. I had a dental emergency and was fit in the schedule same day for consult and treatment plan. Surgery scheduled within days.
Surgery went smoothly. Dr. Verma and his staff calmed my nerves, made sure I was comfortable and took all the time necessary to answer all my questions. They make going to the dentist bearable!!

The techniques and technology used are top notch- on one occasion, I had lost a crown and I was able to get a replacement immediately in one office visit.

Frederick Dental Group was very professional and extremely accommodating. I have severe anxiety and am usually very uncomfortable going to the dentist, but Dr. Arpana Verma and her Dental Assistant Alex were so great at easing my anxiety and were very direct and informative. Chrystal, the patient care coordinator, went above and beyond to make sure I got appointments that work with my busy schedule. They all were diligent at making sure I was completely comfortable and took the time to reassure me every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for an amazing dental team to care for their teeth. I have never felt at ease going to a place that usually brings me so much anxiety.
