Bought a Honda Civic hybrid from this dealership in 2020 and my car is still going really strong absolutely no issues so far aside from a couple of low tire pressure but that's just due to the colder weather. Everything has been really well and I appreciate how the guys did not try to haggle me for money, and I appreciate how they run their business. Four year car still going strong and the car was from 2008 so thank you Frederick Auto house.

Great Dealership in Frederick. Free Carfax on the cars and MD inspected. Looked at 3 vehicles. Mate showed the before and after on the MD inspections on all of them. He told me about any non-inspection little problems with the cars. He was very knowledgeable about all the makes and models. I bought a low mileage 2006 Ford Focus from them and couldn't be happier. The staff was friendly. They worked with me on price. Definitely would recommend this dealership.

Just want to thank you for truly showing what customer service really is. We purchased a car and some issues arose almost immediately after we bought it and the staff was very helpful in getting these issues fixed for us. My experience with Matt and his team at Frederick Auto House was truly fantastic. I found them to be genuinely invested in my satisfaction with the Mazda. When the car unexpectedly turned out to have an intermittent starter problem Matt arranged to put in a new starter. Great experience.

Highly Recommend!! It is hard to find a decent low priced used car in today's market, but these guys have them. A major plus is their MD state inspection guarantee. You know that you are getting a roadworthy car when you drive off the lot. Matt was very helpful and easy to work with throughout the whole process. He made note of a few minor flaws that we noticed and fixed them even though they were not required for inspection. If you are looking for a reliable car a few years older, with low mileage, definitely give Frederick Auto House a look.

Excellent place to buy a good used car! Thank you to Matt who was very helpful and efficient and a pleasure to work with. I needed a van and bought a 2009 Honda Odyssey with 143k miles and immediately took it on a 1,300+ mile road trip with no issues at all. The van runs great and everything works as it should. They gave me a limited powertrain warranty just in case, but thankfully it wasn't needed. You can tell that the Frederick Auto House team cares about their reputation and they do a great job ensuring that the cars they sell are safe and reliable. I would buy another used car from them without any hesitation.

Super happy with the Mazda I bought about a month ago and the level of service I received. I was able to test drive, review the vehicle history, and discuss pricing the day I called. Matt was even able to issue a teacher discount for me. Overall a very pleasant buying experience.

I had a bit of complication with the car I bought but they let me bring it back multiple times and though it was a frustrating process they did figure out what was wrong and were true to the one month warranty they put on all their cars. I would probably come back.

I have bought my 3rd car from them for my kids and I am very happy. First, all of them are the honest used car sales people which is so unusual. Second, they are professionals knowing a lot about used cars and answering all the tough questions honestly. They also have a great choice of different kind of vehicles by model and year. This is only the second used car I purchased in my life. My son found them online through Carfax and we ended up purchasing a 2001 Lincoln Continental. The car was very clean and in excellent condition, 2 owners, with a clean Carfax report and vehicle history. The price was very fair, and Matt was easy to deal with. I never felt pressured to do anything. MD inspection was included since I'm a MD resident, and they ended up replacing one of the headlights and two tires in order to pass inspection. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend Frederick Auto House and would consider again for future used car purchases.

Some of the nicest and most knowledgeable people I have ever met. We've bought 2 vehicles within the past 2 years from Matt and Vito and I have never had such a perosnable experience. Matt helped us every step.of the way from considering other vehicles within our price range to walking us through our loans and giving us advice on companies and what to do next with the MVA. They were up front with all work done and or needed on both vehicles. Matt even put air in the tire of the car we drove in to pick up or most recent vehicle in. They are kind respectful and the vehicles really fairly priced when you consider the fact that they are running a business. We completely plan on going back whenever we are in of another vehicle. My only downside is they don't finace the vehicles themselves. Which, I'm sure as they grow as a company, that may change in time.

After a bad experience with a private seller, we were leery about going through the car purchase process again, but lesson learned, we should have started with Matt at Frederick Auto House. Our daughter needed a reliable first car and we settled on a 2004 Honda Civic EX with 105K. During the test drive, we identified a few things that we would like to have looked at and Matt addressed each of them and worked around our schedule so that we were not inconvenienced. After a few months of ownership, we are happy to report that the car handles well and has been reliable and forgiving as she has learned to drive a 5-speed! I bought my first car from them back in July and it is still going strong. Let me first praise Matt for his patience and knowledge which he happily shared. He showed me the two cars I was interested in and didn't try to push me to a more expensive car. Matt even gave me advice about where to find information regarding the motor and transmission specs and reviews. It appears to me that Frederick Auto respects there customers' time and intelligences. They more then earned their five stars, and I wish more dealerships followed their business practices.

Wow. I have never had a car buying process like this. Amazing. Frederick Auto House is a light in such a seemingly dark and manipulative industry. I was in and out of the dealership in 47 minutes and Matt was extremely professional, genuine, down to earth, and honest. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable, and as a younger single woman buying this car by myself that speaks volumes honestly. If I ever need a used car again I know exactly where I will go. This business really is the real deal.
