We have been with Kay's office for over 20 years and have always been very pleased with the service. All of the staff has been great, but we typically work with Nikki, and she is awesome!! We have had a few claims over the years, and that process has always been smooth as well. Just an all-around great group of people to work with. Highly recommend.

The Kay Kuhlman’s office is lucky to have Nicole Phelps apart of their team, nothing but positive things to say about her. I called about a billing mishap and from that point on she made sure my issue was now her issue. She would call and keep me up to date to see if the issue was resolved or not. This kind of service is rare, so it really stuck out to me that she followed through with everything she said she would do. Give that girl a raise!
