Scheduling is easy. I knew what was included in the service plus I had a few additional requests I made. Loaner car was nice. Pick up was easy and my service coupon was applied. The bill was just as we discussed. My car is clean and all up to date and I couldn't be happier.

Just had my car serviced and as always the service was impeccable! Andra, is so very helpful and always gives me a heads up on any upcoming maintenance that I may need and explains it all! My wife and I are very satisfied with the service department and their professionalism! No other service department can ever touch our volvos!

Just had my car serviced there. Erik was great. He gave an accurate estimate when it would be done giving there were a lot of people before me. I was also given a detailed printout and estimates for recommended future services.

My salesperson was Samuel R. He was extremely professional and accommodating to my inquiries from Day 1, and consistently kept the communication lines open with me to secure an XC90 from this dealership.

Considering I was an out-of-state buyer, the process was very smooth and Samuel was able to accommodate my travel arrangements to meet in-person. Everyone my wife and I met at the dealership while awaiting our transaction to clear, was amazing (shoutout to Nicholas from finance and Daniel the tech guy). Did I mention, this dealership prices their vehicles very fairly in the face of this nutty used car market? That's hard to come by nowadays and the transparency into the vehicle history is top notch so quality can be verified.

I had an excellent experience at Volvo of Frederick. Samuel was my sales person and he was very kind, honest, genuine, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He wasn’t pushy and followed up promptly with me. I didn’t feel like I was being “sold” or taken advantage as a female buyer. I was torn between a Volvo and another male/model vehicle and a big reason I went with Volvo was because of the excellent customer service shown by Samuel. Nicholas was great with financing and answering all of my questions (I had a lot). I was also in/out quickly and feel like they actually cared about my needs!

Simply the best!!! I have purchased a lot of cars from different manufacturers and this was truly the best purchasing experience I ever had. I also had some aftermarket accessories installed and the service team was even better than sales. I felt like I was part of the family. Only place I will be purchasing cars from.

Great experience overall. I drove in from Ohio and Caitlin T. was a great saleswoman. Finance was great as was her manager, Justin. I had an issue with the armrest and Justin just advised me to get back to Ohio and go to my local Audi dealer and he's take care of it. That's great service! I will buy my next Audi from this dealer. (They have an Audi store as well as Volvo).

Jeffrey Meadows and the Team at Ourisman went out of their way to find the new Audi SQ8 I wanted and in turn making the deal. Every aspect of the action was handled with the utmost Professionalism and concern for the customer. This is my 3rd vehicle thru Ourisman and may not be my last.

Randall was helpful and informative and very accommodating at the dealership. He answered all my questions and made the process very easy. I hate buying cars but between Randall and the guy in financing they have restored my faith in believing that buying a new car can be fun again! TYSM I love my new XC40!

Bailey was very patient with us as we took several months to decide on a Volvo. He listened to all of our requirements and found us the Volvo we'd been looking for. He was persistent but gentle in making us realize that getting into a Volvo was really possible. He also provided a lot of knowledge that was very helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Daniel is a great customer service guy. He had every car I requested to see on time and remembered every detail of our previous conversations. He answered every question in detail and never once pressured me. The exact same kudos goes to their finance guy. Their entire team made the entire experience fast and enjoyable.

Though I did not purchase the vehicle. But I wanted to give a shout out to Samuel who has very helpful in getting questions answered. I was looking out for a used car and found a good car on sale with them. Anyways this is just to highlight the customer service of the dealership.

In one day, I was able to get comprehensive info on a used car, drive it, finalize the sale, and get a great deal on financing (through the same bank that approved me at a higher rate earlier in the day). Incredibly impressed with the service and prompt replies I received! I just purchased my first Volvo from this dealer and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I had been working with another dealership (Volvo Silver Spring) but these guys blew them out of the water. Tyler was responsive and patient while I spent a few weeks researching the vehicle I wanted. He was incredibly knowledgeable and courteous and never came across as your typical, "car salesmen." I also interacted a lot with the sales manager, Sam. He treated me with utmost respect and worked hard to get me a great deal. Ian, the finance guy, was also a pleasure to work with. Once everything was settled, I met with their Volvo technologist, Daniel, who took a lot of time to walk me through all the car's features and help setup my account, synch phone, key etc. He was super thorough and patient. From beginning to end, the entire staff worked together and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I will not hesitate to return for many years to come!

It’s was an easy and quick process. Ray was great, and gave me fantastic service. He was up front on price, but not just that. He built the value in the expenses that I was going pay so I can understand the life that I will be living as a proud Audi owner. He knows his product, and makes you fall in love with your car. I’m a sales person at Hart Nissan, so I know a good service advisor when I run into one.
