Johnny & Cody are FREAKING AMAZING. My entire experience was phenomenal. Both of these guys made my purchase seem less and the turn around time was amazing. I purchase my 2022 Tesla the same day without any hiccups. Both of these gentlemen worked very very hard and both deserve a raise. The two of them deserved to be praised with the most highest recognition for all of their hard work. From the time I walked in the door until the sale was final these gentlemen worked hard. When it comes down to leaving a review, I wanted to be fair so that my review can be pretty accurate which is why I waited 5 years to leave this. If I left a review when I purchased I couldn’t be too much focused on the quality of my purchase, my review would only be focused on my customer service experience.

Back in 2018, I bought a 2017 kia optima from this Hertz car sales on peters creek pkwy. I started the process with one representative (maybe his name was Andy? Andrew? Cody?) and Keith the manager, finished the process.

I can say 5 years later I haven’t had issues with my Kia Optima. I did outside financing with my bank so I didn’t get any extra warranties or anything. My vehicle has be en super reliable and I have zero complaints. And I remember The customer service experience was pleasant and easy. I recommend this dealership.

Superb used car sales team in Winston- Salem,NC.
Very easy to reach on the main road, plenty of ready to drive used cars on display previously owned by Hertz.
Very friendly sales team,not pushing to buy any extra products,all cars are valeted and ready to go.
Cars are priced very reasonably.
Was able to buy a car in less than 45 minutes including all paper work and finance and temporary registration.

I was in the market for an EV that needed to meet specific requirements for the tax incentive. My sales person Dylan was in constant contact helping me locate a car. When a car became available he called to let me know. We were able to get the deal done within the tax deadline. This is a great location to purchase a vehicle. The prices are much more competitive than other locations. You will get more car for the money.

Got a car back before the 2021 price and inflation times; the 2017 Camry is still running like a tank and the deal I got was better than any other dealership. I will return when the inflation and price hike goes down, like way down, like back to 2019 times.
The staff here do everything to help you get a car and get it done right. Remember this are rental cars, so they are what they are, but use your common knowledge and look it over, test it, smell it, and you will find the right car for you.

Solid price for a good vehicle. Dylan made it easy and stuck with me while I got outside financing and kept me posted. Keith was fantastic. Humble man, not a football man but winning is winning, shout out to the champ !

I checked them out online and then went out to the car lot to see what they had that matched what I was looking for. Everyone was very helpful in listening to my needs. I have never purchased a car this easy with no hassles. Last week my wife and I went to Hertz Car Sales to see about three mid-sized SUVs that we had been researching. Cody Snow was our salesman and he was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about all three vehicles and made the buying process simple for us. All of their cars are well maintained and are held to a 150 point inspection standard. The 2020 Ford Edge that we purchased has been amazing so far and the drive has been smooth as butter. The staff there at Hertz is top notch. Everyone was positive, upbeat, and well trained. Our experience was a 10/10 and we would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for quality and affordable vehicles.

Went by today to look around for a new family hauler. David met us at the door and could not have been more accommodating. We had our two toddlers in tow specifically to trial car seats etc. No pressure from him. He gave us the keys and let us try out the car seat arrangement. He could not have been more helpful, informative, or friendly. If he doesn't run the joint, he should. We didn't ink a deal today but I'm sure a full deal would have been just as smooth.

My wife and I have purchased several vehicles for our business and several personal vehicles here over the last 7 years and it's always been a pretty pain free experience. They are straightforward, and have always been honest with me. That's why we keep coming back.

I purchased a vehicle from Mark at the Winston-Salem North Carolina location and he was very professional and courteous. I can appreciate that he was very transparent and was happy to help me. I would definitely recommend others to stop by and embrace the customer service that not only was displayed by the salesman but the financial manager Johnny whom was knowledgeable and professional as well. They were truely phenomenal in helping me with this car buying experience.

If you are looking for a vehicle, stop by and see Dylan L. He showed us several vehicles and did a great job of asking questions to help us narrow which vehicle we need. There was no pressure to buy and his follow up has been spot on without being pushy. Of the several dealerships/car lots we have visited, Dylan has been top on our radar for his customer service! We visited the Hertz lot a second time. Dylan was not there. Someone else (sorry I forgot his name) assisted us. He, too, was great to work with.
