Dixie Electric was recommended to me by my condo association to replace my electrical panel which had been recalled. The technician showed up on time, was respectful of my request to wear a mask during COVID-19, replaced the panel quickly and explained the process of getting the inspection done remotely during COVID. Although I ended up having to do the inspection personally because the technician's truck broke down on his way to my place. Overall very happy with them.

Absolutely awesome to deal with. The crews are always professional very prompt. They fix the issues first time everytime. Will continue to use them for all my electrical needs!

I had to reply to emails 4 months after I moved out of the state to take me off their email list.

Very unprofessional. Teams don’t work with each other well. Hearing the way those in the leadership position talk down to beginners or those below them is very disappointing.
Bad experience over all. Would not recommend.
