This is by far the nicest storage facility. Friendly staff took care of everything fast. Also Super clean spaces. Highly recommend this place for storage.

They are amazing here at Key Storage off Old Bitters Rd.. got a unit no fuss no headaches. Was shown the units and only took a few minutes to fill out the paperwork. The units and grounds are very clean and pest free… units are affordable. Nicest couple you will ever meet…

Rare billing glitches and became quite expensive.

This place will nickel and dime you to death. When you are late, they don't just add their lock like they tell you, they cut off your lock forcing you to buy another lock. They have no care....its all about money. Left part of payment and went to bank to get my balance. They sent me message that I had 10 minutes to return or it would be sold. Needless to say, they auctioned my storage for more than I owed and did not refund money as they are suppose to. Then tried to prevent me from connecting with the person that purchased my unit. I did connect and had to pay $2000 ($1000 auctioned amount [plus $1000 for what the buyer charged for their loss of not reselling my items]).
