I was in town due to a dire family matter. My car needed servicing and I took it this dealer. To say that they treated me nice was an understatement. The service advisor, I believe her name was Hannah, was outstanding. She carefully, and with much detail, explained everything regarding the service recommendations. Additionally, when explaining that my cabin air filter needed to be changed, she actually brought the filter to me so I could see it for myself. In all of my years going to various dealers, I never had someone show me a part that needed to be fixed/replaced. Also, they found some other issues that could have really hampered the performance of my vehicle on the highway. They fixed everything. When all was said and done, they event gave me a very nice and admirable discount. That really put a smile on my face. They are definitely an outstanding service department and I would happily recommend them. They are really that great.

I had Ralph help me check into my appointment several times to get different items fixed. He listened and gave me the estimate for a later fix. Him and his team of mechanics were awesome. They took the time to tare apart the wiring issue i have with my jeep. They were over the top with excellent service. I have literally made them my auto place! I look forward to coming back. Very profesional and kind. 110% effort to make my day better. Awesome service!!!!

Kinston location Service - I was traveling between Holly Springs and Atlantic Beach, NC. My jeep was having electrical issues 11/24 in Neuse Sport parking lot. Called the service center, spoke with JB. He recommended Moody's tow it to them and they would try to get right on the problem. Moody's showed up in 5 minutes, towed me to Doug Henry service and they diagnosed the problem, ordered parts from their Goldsboro location and had me up and runing within two hours or so. Excellent service and saved the weekend for me. Awesome service! Thank you all!!!

I am 61 years old. Never have I bought a car that I did not have something I disliked about the dealership. Well today that changed. The sale person, Samantha, was very nice, knew the jeeps workings and was very pleasant to deal with. The finance manager was very nice and explained things to me. The sales manager worked with me and helped me. This was the nicest place I have EVER bought a car. Come here first, not like me it was probably the 8th place I went. This is where I will return as long as I am in North Carolina.

I actually enjoyed my experience at Doug Henry of Kinston. Upon arrival I was greeted by Jeremy the sales manager. He kept me company because my car dealer went to fill the vehicle gas tank. Talking to Jeremy was like talking to an old friend like we were catching up. Then Stephanie came in. She was awesome she was very professional and made my car buying experience great. I have bought multiple cars in my lifetime and Stephanie by far was the BEST dealer I have ever had. The transaction was very smooth and hassle free. Then there was Brad he was all about getting me the best deal and ensured that I understood everything I was signing. Brad was a very cool dude only way I can describe him. Once the car was purchased Stephanie took more time helping me move things from the old car and into the new one. Then she sat with me for about 20 mins making sure I understood all the bells and whistles. If I ever buy a car again I know where to go.

Today I bought a used Chrysler 200 in Kinston NC and received the best customer service that I have ever received at a car dealership. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle here. Samantha our salesperson was awesome and Don the used car manager helped tremendously.
