I am so happy I found these ladies! Everyone is always so professional, kind and knowledgeable. I initially went there a few years ago and thanks to their honesty (Jennifer the owner), they fixed bad filler which actually made me look SO MUCH better and took years off my face. They don't just want to take your money and continue to push things on you when you don't need it and it doesn't benefit you. Where I was going prior, they just kept adding filler (taking my money) which ended up making me look WORSE not better. Once I had the filler dissolved I felt like myself again. We all want to look and feel our best and because of that some providers take advantage of that. They do not do this. I trust them completely and know when I go there if I suggest something that isn't for me, they will tell me that. Thank you so much for helping me on my journey! If you want to have any procedure, I would highly recommend going here. You will not meet kinder, more sincere, down to earth practitioners who listen to you and care about you. I also see Stacey who is absolutely amazing! You just can't go wrong here! I finally have the look I want. I look like ME only a younger looking, natural, happier ME.

I can't recommend Melissa enough. When I came in it was my first experience with injectables and I was feeling nervous. She really took her time to evaluate my needs, make recommendations that would be most beneficial and walk me through the process. I will definitely be back.

If you are on the fence about where to go, jump off and into UAA! Today was my first time there and all the 5 star reviews are totally on point! I was greeted with eye contact and huge smiles by everyone I met or even walked past in the hall!! Jenn is one of the best providers I’ve had the pleasure of seeing. She takes as much time as you need to discuss your concerns and treatment plan you are comfortable with. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my Botox and fillers in the Frederick area for sure!!

Jen is a magician! I am not exaggerating when I say that she is the most professional, educated and artistic injector I’ve ever experienced. I have mixed feelings about this place.

On the one hand, everyone is very friendly and trustworthy. I feel like they are not going to upsell me. On the other hand, I had a negative experience at this spa and that ruined my trust.

I had a couple of things removed from my skin, and they applied a topical anaesthetic. Apparently, the anaesthetic cream had an ingredient I was allergic to. I was not aware of my allergy, since I've never used it before. I felt very loopy and dizzy after my procedure. When I brought it up to the staff, they were clueless about my reaction. Well, apparently it's a very well-known allergic reaction among medical professionals. So, after that incident I lost trust in this spa, and would prefer to go to a dermatologist.

And then after my first procedure I did toxin injections. The injection went pretty well, but then in a couple of days it was evident that the aesthetic nurse missed a spot. That resulted in one eye brow moving while another one staying put. We had to do another injection to correct it. I previously went to a doctor for injections, and her injections were perfect the first time around. No corrections needed. This again, proves the point that I'm better off going to a doctor or at least a medical office instead.

On the positive note, my skin healed nicely after my first procedure. So there is a certain skill level, but the issues I had with both aestheticians tell me they probably don't have much experience.

I waited on hold for 7 minutes and 32 seconds. I just hung up. My time is worth a lot.
