VCA All Creatures - Cloud Animal Hospital

Dr. Miller is such a kind, patient vet. She is so good with my anxious dog and clearly communicates with me when issues arise so I understand all my options. I’m very grateful for her! Highly recommend VCA!

The entire staff at VCA All Creatures is very friendly, personable, courteous and truly care about my pets throughout the years. VCA All Creatures has been taking care of my pets for over 22 years. Dr. Baggett is our primary Vet and she is nothing short of amazing! She is very much a part of my family.

We have been taking my dog to dr Miller for many many years, recently adding my bunny the mix. Needless to say excellent staff, location, and service in general. I don’t plan on taking my animals to any other vet any time soon. HIGHLY SATISFIED!! I was wondering if you guys also take care of frogs because I want to be prepared in case of emergencies.

Dr. Horvath is absolutely amazing. My dog has been seeing her since I got her and she melts everytime she sees her. She's also very good with my other standoffish dog. I take all of my animals here, including my rabbit. Always a good experience.

It's never easy when your dog gets older, but this place knows what they are doing. The staff at All Creatures is amazing. They gave me a well rounded view of what could be going on, and then helped me decide how to best help my dog!

I luv working here!!! I luv my job working in the kennel. The animals we board have such diverse personalities! Some days are a lot messier than others, but I wouldn't trade this experience for anything else!

I've been taking my Australian Shepherd, Bella, to Dr. Miller since she was a pup. Bella is now 11+ years old. Bella loves Dr. Miller and we trust her. She is a wonderful vet.

Everyone is just wonderful with my huge dog. Don't worry no buddy likes a scale Brodie! He went in excited, but not feeling well. Now he is back to his old wild self, on the mend. Thank you so much always. Next time we'll sedate him for the nail trim. Lol Nothing like a 140lb dog scared and growling at a Dremel coming at him. You win little buddy, 🐕but next time pills first. 😇

My dog had been suffering from a number of conditions that I’d spent thousands of $$$ trying to treat elsewhere for over 2 years. In one visit here, we got her on the correct medication and resolved her issues. Highly recommended.

I had trouble finding a vet who would even treat my companion pet due to the fact that I didn't have up to date vaccination records. Dr Horvath and staff welcomed us with open arms and helped me get my Furball back on track. Labs were performed quickly and results sent to me immediately after... Medications were available and relatively inexpensive as compared to other retail outlets, saving me the hassle and delay of online shipping. I felt as though they appreciated the attachment I have w my pet and honored that throughout our visit, and after. My emails are answered promptly which is a great comfort to me as well. Kudos to Cloud and Staff for all they've done and continue to do to keep me and my Furball happy and healthy!!!👍
Additional.... Took my cat back for several visits since this posting and each time VCA treated her w compassion and went above and beyond to make sure Both of us had the best experience possible. Dr. Horvath is a kind, caring vet who understands my feelings and truly seems to care about my pets welfare. I highly recommend this place. Thank you VCA!!!

All the assistants are super friendly and the doctors are great. They get down on the floor with our dogs to make them feel more comfortable. Our one rescue dog is very shy but on our 2nd visit he actual walked over to her when she came in the room which he never does. They are covid safe with curbside check-in and 1 person per pet which my husband put me on speaker phone so we could all talk. The doctor called 4 days later to see how things were going. Love this.

Our pets have been seeing Drs Miller, Schneider and Baggett for 20 years. They are the most knowledgeable, patient and caring vets you will ever find. The vet techs are wonderful which is hugely important because you talk to them a lot of the time - especially if you call in with a question about your baby. The office staff is amazing too. They are the first ones you talk to on the phone and in person so it's a big deal that they are nice and caring too. Highly recommend!!

The staff was very friendly and genuine. The facility was very clean. It is nice that they accommodate many different types of animals. The cost was very reasonable as well. I recommend it for your pet needs.
