Awesome small town gym with great personal service and very knowledgeable trainers!! Such a great and accepting community! You get to know everyone, say hi, chat and work out together.

They have so many classes that are all free with your membership. Multiple classes everyday!

Ryan, the personal trainer, is absolutely awesome and has totally turned my life around by helping to get me in shape and focus on taking care of my body. My mental health has improved as well, giving me more energy and allowing me to enjoy life more!!

This is the best small family friendly gym around! The owners are amazing and very helpful as well as knowledgeable. The different classes they offer has a little bit for everyone. I highly recommend this gym over the others I have been to here there is no intimidation and no body staring at you or judging. Prices are extremely reasonable if you consider the classes are included and have you priced just one yoga class somewhere else? Love Rockstar!!!!!!

It’s not the most up to date or state of the art but it is a solid gym and has most everything you would need.

Owner sells fake
Lululemon joggers/apparel and pedals them to be real charging upwards of 100$ then will swear they are real BEWARE
