I have used this Cleaner for years and it's very Professional and prices are a little high but my garments are always the best staff always friendly and goes out the way to make sure you don't have any problems with your clothes

Is Snow White closed forever? I stopped there on Saturday at 12:50 pm 1-29-22 and the store was shut tight. Their Saturday hours are until 2 p.m. How do I get my clothes back?

I've been using this cleaner for over a year and have never had any issues. A button was missing so they fixed it. Just wish they had faster turn around and p/u. The people are very nice.

Laundry price is somewhat reasonable, though it does compare wiith the TX price I had gotten use to.

Was surprised because the quality and professionalism exhibited previously was really good. Took my necktie in for a stain removal and nothing was done. Worse, the seam on the back of the tie was affected so that half of it flares. Was not given notice—at all—about either issue. Not good. They are close by but not returning.

I wanted to give this a zero star but I couldn't so I gave it a one. I took in my daughters dress to get dry cleaned. The dress was red stain material on top and beige see through flare bottom. When I picked it up the red color bled through the bottom flare skirt and had a it had a huge rip on the back. The dress was not like that when I took it in. I have been trying to get in contact with the owner since he is the only one who can decide if he will give me my full refund of $18 back and fix the dress. I have not heard a word nor has he returned any of my calls. Its now been a week. I will report his business to the better business bureau. DON'T TAKE YOUR CLOTHES TO SNOW WHITE CLEANERS ON HILLSBOROUGH RD!

I took 7 items to be cleaned and it was like they forgot to send them to be cleaned and just put them on hangers like I wouldn't notice that they were still dirty. I let that go and chalked it up to the day. This time they clearly inappropriately cleaned my mother's jacket and tried to return a completely different color than the accompanying dress because obviously she's color blind and dumb. We're still waiting for the management to call to address the situation and it's been 2 weeks of nothing. Ridiculous!!!!!

Better off cleaning it urself!!!
