Oh my goodness, the food here is outstanding. I had a pepperoni pizza that was fantastic! The service time for our food was also very quick, even for our party of 10. In fact they somewhat caught me by surprise in how fast they were in preparing our food. I would highly recommend this restaurant; I'll certainly be returning, and I'm looking forward to it.

Fantastic service here. The bartender is amazing. She has a great personality, makes great recommendations on pizza toppings.
The pizza is absolutely amazing. The sauce has a robust flavor but light. The dough is crispy and firm. 100% do recomend.

I’ve been here twice and the service and food gets better every time. Love the tasteful decor and atmosphere and the food is so fresh and amazing. The manager Erin was a joy and our server was fantastic. Every bite tasted so fresh and yummy I highly recommend

Came here on a whim for a bite to eat. The reviews were great and the weather was great so we figured this would be ideal. We arrived and were seated outside. To the side of the restaurant, there is an alley way that was converted into a table area. We were seated in the back corner abutting a playground. Because it was a make shift area to sit, I just wasn't enjoying where we were placed. It gave the vibe of a forgotten area. There were some wonderful places to sit towards the front of the restaurant and on the main patio but we were given these seats.

Food wise, the food was outstanding though. The food was so good that it can make people easily forget anything else that may be a negative. We ordered a bread for dipping into oil. Probably a glorified pita bread but it was delicious. I could eat this all day. We ordered some fried mozzarella which was nearly perfect as well. My son ordered for his main meal a kids pizza which was half the price and just as big as the adult pizzas. Now my pizza was literally perfect as well. I enjoy white pizzas and this pizza hit the spot.

I would say that while the service was good, and while our waitress was very friendly, we were forgotten in the corner outside. The vibe felt like we would be forgotten where we were and it came to fruition eventually as well. I would recommend the restaurant cut out maybe the last 4 or 5 tables in the alleyway but it is up to them. With all this said, I would gladly come here again without hesitation as the food is top notch.

Wow. The amalfi salad, shrimp appetizer, gluten free pizza were all absolutely amazing. We had the best server. He was excellent and very sweet! We sat at the pizza bar next to the oven which ended up being great! Not to hot. The old fashioned was great too. I highly recommend the gluten free pizza. Hand down the best I have ever had. Great experience!!

All around delightful business lunch with great service featuring caprese salad, meatballs, and Margherita pizza. Everything was delicious. I will return.

We had a last minute 12 person birthday change due to the weather and the manager and staff were awesome about accommodating our group. We did not have a reservation and they made it work. The food and service was outstanding. Thank you to the management and staff.

Went on a Sunday to celebrate my granddaughter’s 9th birthday. Sunday menu offers all you can eat buffet for $25. Children 12 and under pay by their age. An incredible deal. Everyone enjoyed the buffet and made several return trips. Eggs Benedict was a big hit. I wish I’d taken some photos. Everyone was happy with the restaurant and with the food, especially the buffet. I absolutely recommend a visit to Pistarro’s.

Pizzas were fantastic. Crust was very tasty on its own. Lots of topping options, some classics and some fun new combinations. Our favorite was the Funghi.

Our salads were good, not great (although the little bread thing with the Caesar salad rocked). Next time we'll skip these to have more room for pizza!

The vibe is very chill, laid back, and homey. We felt very relaxed, and our server was friendly and attentive.

A great experience for our large group, beautiful atmosphere and great pizza with very interesting choices!

Always delicious, friendly staff, A+ cocktails, and now? The best piccata sauce I've ever had. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Yummy food! The burrta was perfect and light on the balsamic which I prefer.

My name is Antonio Gavin, I'm Italian and I arrived today( 06/24/2023) in the city of Frederick. Thank goodness I found this restaurant. I would like to leave my observations here. This restaurant really uses Italian products. The pizza, coffee and desserts are perfectly matched. If you are looking for a genuine Italian place, this is the place.

Pisatorro's is one of those rare places that you want to return to again and again as you dream about their pizza and brussel sprouts. Their gluten free crust is expensive but amazing as they bring in their gf flour from Europe. So amazing that you will want to ask for olive oil and parmesan to savor every last bit of crust.

We stopped here for dinner because we passed it on the street and were incredibly hungry. We were so surprised at the quality of the food and service! Really nice staff and the food was top notch. The pear sacchetti in particular, a special for the day, was one of the most delicious pastas I've ever had. Will definitely try to visit again!

I just spent a week in Rome, Italy. Being in the city made me realize how authentic the pizza at Pistarro’s really is. Although you are not in Rome, this is as close as you are going to get to Roma authenticity. Not only are the pizzas fantastic but their charcuterie selection is also top-notch and fried mozzarella is delicious! Pistarro’s should be on the top of your list for restaurants in Frederick.

We had a delightful time celebrating my birthday with my friend on Sunday! The brunch was delicious, and the ambiance was great. It reminded me of one of Brooklyn NY's Italian restaurants. Our server Daniel was perfect! His timing and attention were spot on. I just wanted a little more variety in the food department. However, made to order omelets on a buffet or eggs Benedict, one can not beat that little bit of attention! Mimosas or Bloody Mary's were also available. There was also entertainment! Very sweet! I would go back for brunch again!

Awesome place to meet with family and friends. Huge , heavy, farm style tables. Lovely decor over all. . It has a large room, for parties/events and I assume, overflow. Big windows and outdoor seating + a patio on the side adjoining the park, give it that city cafe vibe. Great pizzas, salads, and other things like steamed mussels, gyro, bruschetta etc… if you haven’t been yet, definitely go! We were told that they don’t take reservations, but it wasn’t busy the day we went (lunch hour), so that wasn’t a problem.

My daughter and I recently attended Pistarro’s on a Sunday morning from out of town. We really wanted pizza but when we were seated we realized they were serving brunch. We shared our disappointment with a server and she said no problem and got us our pizza. Great customer service! We’ll definitely be back!

A nice off the main drag restaurant. The atmosphere was great. I enjoyed watching the staff make the pizzas. My wife loved the mozzarella cheese appetizers. The volcanic clay ovens were unique. The OO crust was delicious. I wish I had left some room to try the cannoli.
