St. Charles City-County Library, Middendorf-Kredell Branch

The library is small but it has been a staple in our community for quite some time now. The people here are always great and the wealth of knowledge they possess is remarkable. The library can get any book just about and the other items you can check out are quite interesting, so I recommend you give it a try. They won't disappoint.

This place is great! I needed to send a fax and not only did they help me send it. It turned out to be free! How awesome ! They have so much there dvd moives, video games for play station, Nintendo, you can use their computers for free & of course books for all, they even loan out telescopes!! The library isn't what it used to be that's for sure! Love this place. As an over the road truck driver I have been in alot of places. St Charles county has the best libraries I have ever seen.

I love our local library! There is so much that they offer! Passports can be done here, information for seniors, seminars, book signings, computer use, copies can be made, Plat area for young kids, video rentals, video game and puzzle rentals!

Library which has amazing helpful staff with great collection of books and stuff…. Can print copy and scan your docs… in a secure fashion… Always love to walk inside and wonder how they can keep the place so clean and structured all the time…. I can’t keep my home like that sometimes 😜

The St. Charles City-County Library is so unbelievably well ran. They have an amazing selection of books. The staff is always pleasant and helpful.
And today I saw some fishing poles on a pillar. The library has fishing poles you can check out!

It's a nice library. I enjoy the free classes there. They are very intellectually stimulating. Cathy, the librarian, is smart and soft spoken. If you're interested in teaching a free class that they don't offer, either tell her in person or write it on a class feedback form and she can help you make it happen.
Cindy, the librarian, is a loving, kind, and crafty librarian. She teaches free sewing, beading and other classes.
Free Cell phone photography classes are interesting.

Loved this place for my little. There were other kids and she had fun socializing. The toys they had were jus enough to keep them busy the entirety of the visit. 10/10 will be visiting again!

The library is full of different experiences and many adventures through books.

This is THE place to go for your children to play, explore, and learn. Not only does this library have a play corner with toys and cool gadgets, there are learning computers, summer crafts, and a FREE summer lunch for kids as old as 18. My family and I absolutely love this place.

So many great books and resources such as cake pans, games books on tape, cds, Manga ect. They have great events too!

Love this library!!!! Staff is always super friendly & eager to help! You can rent movies, stream movies, of course books, magazines, even cake molds in various shapes and sizes!!! You can join book clubs, meet authors, & purchase gently used books and DVD's. They even have "classes" where you can learn crafts, computers and a huge assortment of various things!!!staff is sovery kind & helpful as well!!!!

Friendly, very helpful, colorful, I miss seeing staff in cute, 'I love reading' shirts! Patrons need to be a bit more considerate with their loud talking. It IS a Library!

Always helpful and friendly. They have a large catalog of materials and access to even more. Great children's programs. I have only had difficulty reserving a room for community programs a couple of times. This branch can get very busy at times, but always has plenty of parking out back.

Love my library. Good people, well lit, and very clean. They llways have a way to get the books I am wanting to read, and the electronic resources are also great

Vaccination event held here. Very organized & didn't wait long at all. Wonderful staff from St. Charles County Health Dept-patient, considerate, comforting & reassuring

Very nice library l. We have been going weekly this summer. Pre COVID, we went to the programs for kids. They are great, singing, reading and crafts.

My little one and I come here every week. We love it. Had no idea the library had so many resources available. We love the CD section in the Kids Area.
