They did a great job on my roof. Even with the miscommunication at the end. You should really check out this company if you're reading my review. They really are good people. They were the second contractor who came in when the other one deemed it to difficult with the insurance company. My guys worked with me and we got it through the insurance company and we had to use what felt like every means that is legally possible. For that I am forever grateful and you get five stars. I will always recommend you guys. At the end of the work communication kind of stalled and then flat out pretty much stopped. Certain promises were made but they weren't included in the contract. I get it sometimes we get caught up in the heat of things and make promises that we can't fulfill. So I was a little disappointed when I inquired about a certain charge being covered since when I inquired about possible price going in to be ready with final payment as I was then informed oh I'm going to cover that. So when it showed up. I inquired about it through text and email and included in both if promises were made but not included in the contract and I understand certain things can't be covered. Let me know hey that shouldn't never have been promised I'd really all I wanted to hear. Which is why I'm making the final payment as we speak for the full amount. But maybe work a little bit better with communication at the end. But all in all you guys were great. You kept your word about sticking through. And you helped navigate the insurance nightmare when they don't want to cover.

Shumaker Roofing Co the best decision my wife and I could have ever made for our home their sales rep Michele Riggs in my opinion is the MVP of this company. She presented us a sales pitch to get our roof replaced through our insurance and working with her at a reasonable price, at first it seemed kind of shaky, but my wife and I decided to work with her. The only thing she asked was for us to be patient and let the process run its course.
Of course I had questions and Michelle answered them to the best of her knowledge, she was always there if we needed her, no questions asked and in 3 months Michele and her company Shumaker Roofing was on our property removing the old roof and replacing it with a brand new shingle roof and gutters for a reasonable price. So if you're thinking of replacing your roof give Shumaker Roofing Co a call and ask for Michele Riggs she'll do you right .

If you need a new roof for whatever reason or new siding you couldn’t ask for a better company. I highly recommend these guys. Ask for Sean! We had both put on due to damage and the process was super easy and they handled all the the insurance process. Sean was with us every step of the way making sure the work was of highest quality and truly went above and beyond during the whole process. Thank you for everything. The house looks amazing!

Sean Orlowski from Shumaker Roofing Co. thoroughly inspected my roof and attic to pinpoint the source of a leak and was able to find a broken vent pipe in the attic. Other roofers I had previously contacted were only interested in selling me a new roof, which would not have fixed the leak.

Shumaker was a very competent company that was there throughout the whole process. They did a great job with our roof and also with the cleanup. Sean was great and was very helpful with answering our questions and checking the cleanup to make sure there were no debris left in our lawn.
