Modern Atmospheres

I met Dennis over 20 years ago personally and when I started my company Burt & Associates LLC 15 years ago investing in Real Estate, Dennis renovated my first property. Over the years, I have used other contractors but Dennis is my go to contractor. He has worked on every property I have and sometimes performed multiple renovation on some of the longer held properties. He has grown over the years and now is a general contractor. I'm very proud that my company has contributed to his growth. He is honest and dependable. He does what it takes to get the job done on schedule, even if it means working till 4:00 am to meet an 8:00 delivery schedule. Construction scheduling has a lot of moving parts and is tough to predict but renovation scheduling (which Dennis has mostly done for me) is even tougher. Dennis and his crews have been there with me on some tough deliveries and he has always made the date. I have another project coming up in a few weeks and Dennis will be my first call.

Our project was not planned. We needed to do some major repairs projects after a flooded basement which was a result of an erupted pipe of restroom on the main floor. The damaged was spread out very quickly. Dennis went above and beyond to help us out based on our urgent need. His highly experienced team started to work right away on updating our bathroom and basement. Dennis’ attention to details is one his biggest strengths. We were very impressed with his drive to do the best quality job possible and we do appreciate that from him.
Along the way, we found some problems on the foundation that needed to be repaired by professionals on that. Dennis managed to have an especializad company to come to our house to start the repair within a couple of weeks, which normally would have taken a much longer waiting period.
During this process, I took advantage of having this crew of professionals working at my house to add some remodeling projects, of course ;-) He walked us through what was feasible to do within budget. I do appreciate a lot his flexibility.
We have worked with some other contractors in the past and NO ONE has been as professional, reliable and committed to do a great job as Dennis. We highly recommend his service.

Highly recommend! We just completed our second bathroom project with Modern Atmospheres and couldn't be happier with the results. We have a historic home so we wanted a design that would maintain the character of the house with a modern twist. Dennis and his team were able to accomplish this and stay within our budget. They are also very detail oriented and responsive which makes the whole process seamless. We will definitely use them in the future.

Update: Cannot say enough great things about modern atmospheres! I had an emergency plumbing issue at my office and Dennis responded immediately. He was at my office the same day with his crew to complete the repairs and help us avoid some major water damage. So happy with their service and results!

Modern Atmospheres just finished our basement and it looks amazing! Dennis and his team were able to take our vision and deliver an outstanding space for our family to get together and hang out with friends. The craftsmanship is outstanding and his crew was very professional and detailed. Thanks for giving us our dream basement! They also installed over 1000 sq ft of bamboo flooring on our main level and adhered to the same quality standards as they showed in the basement. My real estate agent recommended Dennis regarding a total bathroom remodel in the master bathroom. Wow! Dennis is amazing and I would absolutely recommend him as well as use him again on future projects. His team had to move plumbing, change out the subfloor, and redo the bathroom from bottom up.
