This is a nice gift shop. They have so many interesting and unique things!

Such a great little shop for finding cozy and fun gifts. I have bought gifts for new homeowners that I have helped as clients and love the selection in this story. The owner is also very helpful and kind. Definitely one of the must stop shops in Downtown Sylva!

I LOVE this gift shop!! Betty is a sweetheart and she has filled her boutique with so many beautiful and high quality things at reasonable prices. I have bought a number of things from her and love them all!! I always take my two out of town BFFs to her shop on our girls' days in Sylva, and they have also found beautiful things to purchase. I highly recommend this lovely shop!!

B&B Gifts is my go-to for entertaining accessories and unique gifts. Betty finds quality merchandise and provides at competitive prices. Also, if you need a last minute gift she will put in a cute bag with ribbons. If you haven’t been, plan on spending time looking at her well-stocked store.

This shop has all sorts of ideas for gifts and home entertaining. She has a huge selection of cloth napkins. I love the variety of garden flags.

Visited for the first time today, and left feeling like I'd made a new friend! Lovely store with a wonderful selection of items from kitchens, to home decor, to infant's clothing and toys!

I love this store for finding great gifts for family and friends! I have a relative who is super hard to shop for and B & B has become my go-to for this person. There are a lot of rustic and farmhouse styled gifts as well as things I have personally bought for our own home, among other things like linens, natural candles and soaps, and gifts that will make a person laugh. The owner is super sweet and helpful too!

We stopped in here and purchased a few small items. The lady working, who my boyfriend and I assumed to be the owner, was extremely kind and friendly. In plenty of the other stores we visited we were not greeted. She wore a mask and had hand sanitizer readily available. The shop is full to the brim with many of gifts, decors, etc. it was fun to look around and the prices were reasonable.

Very cute gift shop with huge selection fitting all ages and occasions. Very sweet and helpful staff. Located in the middle of downtown sylva.

Great store, attentive employee-willing to assist. So much to look at and organized!

Wonderful gift items and Wonderful customer service 😍😀🥰

I just went into browse. I was looking at the porch flags, which was very expensive. I bought 2 at Lowes for what I would have paid for one. It is hard to move around in there. Not a place to take a small child that likes to touch everything.

The employee criticized nearly everything we did/touched. She told me and my friend that the lotions were not samples and that we should be careful not to ruin them for other customers, after we unscrewed one to smell and hopefully buy it (how else are you supposed to see if you'd want to buy a lotion??). After this, we left that area and went to smell the candles; at this point she was watching everything we did. She came over and told me to make sure I put the lid on properly in case someone else wanted to pick it up by the lid... She then proceeded to pick up the candle I had just put down, realized I had properly screwed on the lid, and say "oh, I guess you did, it looked like you hadn't put it on correctly." It's unkind and unfair to assume that younger people are incapable of simple tasks. She lost 2 customers for no reason beyond unwarranted judgment. She just came across as very condescending, which is unfortunate seeing that the shop otherwise had very good reviews.

Was going to buy things until the owner told us drinks weren’t allowed in there and kicked us out. Gladly took our coffee cups (with lids) to other businesses. As a local, will not be going back here.
