Stopped here on my way through San Antonio! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Got some new shirts and accessories! Would recommend!

I love this store!!! You will find an outfit for every event on the calendar year round!!! They have stuff from target/old navy, gap you name it all the way to high end designer!! Their prices are amazing can’t beat it!! Staff are very friendly and store is super organized!! Oh and let’s not forget you can sell your clothes to them for some money or store credit to shop some more! Maggie, Sam and Lizzy are the BEST!! Just go now and find out for yourself😊

I have been going to this location for years. I especially love it when I get to see Maggie, Sam or Izzy. Those ladies make my shopping experience an absolute joy!! The level of customer service is above and beyond. The store is clean and organized and I can find items by category and size which is amazingly super helpful. I love that I can go in and find name brand items at such a discount and they always seem to have what I am looking for. I have referred tons of friends here and I will continue doing so. I have sold items when I have lost interest in them and gotten a fair price and cash on the spot. What's not to love and who wants to pay full price for anything?? Ladies, keep up the good work!!!

This location is the best one in San Antonio. The whole experience was great and very friendly staff.
The one by 1604 and culebra I will never go to again . The manager lady was so rude to me.
This location at Park North I will definitely will going back to even though I’m on the other side of town. Worth the drive.

They are AMAZING!!!! I got a terrific outfit, jacket, shirt and pants for a semi formal event for under $50!! The store is VERY organized. While shopping I accidentally placed my wallet somewhere and the ladies were so helpful in locating it. They know their store and the quality of the items I purchased was excellent. I will be shopping here more often for sure!

I had some clothes that I wanted to get cash for rather than just giving them away to other places, so I heard about Clothes Mentor and decided to give it a try. I found the store to be VERY clean and neat and organized! The staff was OUTSTANDING - very friendly, explained everything perfectly and the ipad to sign in was super user friendly!!! They paid a VERY fair price in my opinion - but the most outstanding part was that they had found $5.00 in one of the handbags and placed the money in a baggie and handed that to me along with my cash payment!! They could have kept this money, but they didn't and I feel that is worth mentioning in a big way!!! So, not only are these young girls very sweet and helpful, they are also VERY HONEST!!! I highly recommend bringing your clothes to Clothes Mentor - you won't find a better place! I don't know who the manager is, but you have a great crew working that store!!!

I appreciate that I can always find what I need here, usually new with tags for a fraction of the normal cost. They're picky buyers, but that means that everything in the store is quality. I would highly recommend for young professional clothing. Reading some of the lower star reviews concerns me though... I'm not deaf and I've never tried to return anything, so this review only reflects my limited experience.

a little more upscale and better shopping experience than goodwill (nothing out of style, very lightly worn) but the prices are very reasonable

This place is awesome! The store was clean and well organized. All the employees were so nice. Everything was 50 to 75 percent off retail! A lot of things still have original tags. I got 6 dresses 4 shirts and 2 sweaters and a pair of fabulous heels , for $100!

I am always thankful to see that the negative reviews come from people trying to sell subpar clothing to a resale shop. The positive reviews come from us, the shoppers, who are grateful for a clean, upscale resale shop with items at a reasonable cost!

This is my wife's favorite place to keep her work and casual wardrobe fresh and stylish. A great selection that changes daily and remarkable prices. You just can't go wrong here.

Always had a great experience shopping in the store. Happy with the numerous style selections, prices and friendly staff. I just recently tried the online shopping-Loved it!

I always find something great here in just my size and from my favorite brands, Loft and Banana Republic. Prices are low! Dress pants for less than $10, and denim on clearance for $5.

I have to say I just love shopping in this store, thank you to the 2 ladies that assisted me finding the perfect outfit.

Anytime I am lacking in the clothing department then this is the first place I go to. Whether I need new maternity clothes, formal, casual, or athletic wear then I can almost always find something here at a great price.

The employees here are so nice and helpful. I got three skirts, a dress, and a necklace for $40! I'm referring all my friends here for work clothes.
