I am an International Teacher from the Philippines. As an Overseas Filipino Worker, it was very difficult to come in the US without loads of paperwork. My case was a litte bit complicated since I am the very first International Teacher considered by my school district to sponsor an h1b visa. Everything was new and my school district almost gave up on me. But Mr. Fulghum, did'nt. He was very kind and understanding. Also, he would explain to me everything that I need to know. He responses to my emails within 24-hours. He was consistent and never gave up on my case. I would highly recommend him. If you are thinking about hiring him as your lawyer, you won't regret it.

the lawyer himself was very nice and professional now he's receptionist has no customer service we had an appt at 3:30 and when we walked in at 3:22 she said can i help you and we said we have an appointment she said at 3 (with a attitude) I said no 3:30. she gave me paperwork no smile what so ever. she was not friendly at all. my husband was in the waiting area with my 4 yr old daughter and she was having a conversation with my husband and she told my daughter to be quiet. I really think he could use someone nicer to attend people
