Plano Animal Clinic

For 13 years my dog has been non problematic and healthy. As soon as she turned 13 everything went downhill. She’s the only pet I’ve ever had. I was completely in the dark. It’s always been just her and I. I frantically searched for a trusted vet to help her with a popped growth that had become very large on her side. They helped me get her teeth cleaned, her nails trimmed and other skin issues removed. She was so picky with the medicine. Then later she had urinarty incontinece issues. And after that started having vestibular issues and stomach issues. Bad ones. She may be of the age where it’s just her time to go. She may have neurological issues that I just can’t afford to fix. But let me say that this vet has been with me every step of the way. I work two jobs. I’m basically all my dog has. My parents can help some but they’re too old to carry or even walk her as she’s very strong. Working with my schedule has not been easy. They’re polite, they’re attentive. They LISTEN. If I say something isn’t working, they try something else. They’re helpful. They’re caring. They’re understanding. Quite frankly they’re all absolute angels. And I feel blessed to have found them in pjs final years. They’re helping me understand what I can and can’t do to keep my dog stable and comfortable and they speak to me with respect, understanding I’m already doing all I can afford to do. These are the people you want handling your babies. I love them.

Dr. Pattabhi and his entire staff have been wonderful since we transferred to PAC a couple of years ago. They are kind, fair, and honest. They have helped us through a diva puppy who is allergic to most vaccines and experienced a significant injury, taught us how to keep our pup that is prone to yeast healthy, managed the later life care and end of life grief of our two old kitties. I can't say enough good things about them.

I’m new to the area and this Clinic was recommended to me – I am thrilled! The staff and the veterinarian was fantastic. My animals mean a lot to me and it is wonderful to have someplace I can trust.

I’ll start off by saying this clinic, when lead by Dr. Ward and his team, was my family’s vet for 25+ years. He treated all my childhood/family dogs, and now they treat my own animal, all four cats and my dog. The new crew, after his passing, has absolutely upheld the standard of love and dedication. My poor pup had been through some serious trauma and has some bad memories there, but this new team has made us feel right at home again. We've now since gone through kitten healing here, we've lost our soul cat here, and have always been met with such loving care. Thank you, thank you for always taking care of our crew. ❤ If you have any doubt, bring your animals here and watch it disappear.

I found a dog in Plano and stopped by Plano Animal Clinic to see if they can help me. They scanned the microchip, found the owner, and Maggie (the lost dog) got home safely.

We started taking our rescue dog here since we got her, and they have been nothing but sweet and caring and helpful with our girl. You can tell they love your animal almost as much as you do!

I just want to start off by saying thank you to EVERY single staff member at this vets office. You are all so unbelievably kind, knowledgeable and made each experience so easy and anxiety relieving.
Myself and my roommate both agree that this is the best veterinarians office we’ve ever visited!! Dr. P explains everything so thoroughly and I can’t thank him enough for his treatment of our animals. Each process with 2 of our animals was quick and easy and we never had any worries about them because each procedure, medication etc was in depth explained to us. Every staff member asked if we had ANY questions and answered all of ours reassuringly.
When our cat was spayed, they called every couple of hours with updates. They were so wonderful to our pets and I can truly tell they love what they do and care about every single animal that comes in. The professionalism, the genuine kindness and the knowledge they provided us with is something you rarely come across nowadays and we plan to take all of our animals here forever and refer everyone to them. I can’t thank this team enough, the vet techs, vet assistants and the wonderful ladies at the front desk. I can’t say enough good things!!!

I had to take Harper for a quick emergency and all the staff was very helpful since the moment I made the call. They were able to squeeze me in 20 min after I contacted them and they walked me through the treatment and next steps. As a dog mom I appreciate when the staff is friendly and most importantly when they really care. The vet was very explanatory and he just follow up with me check in with Harper. She is now feeling great and back to normal.

Got a vaccination appointment for my cat. And itwas easy to book. On the day of, the service was done quickly and the staff is very friendly! Highly recommend. My cat got two vaccines and there was a new pet fee so it was a total of 80$.

My cat was spayed By another vet… the other vet sent me on a wild ride trying to find a location open on Saturday. After driving to towns I was assured would be open, we’re not open when I got there, I found these guys!!! I’m so very grateful I did!!! My cats wound from surgery was infected! She wasn’t eating. She was hardly drinking water. Thanks so much for figuring out what was wrong, calming me down, and helping to fix my baby!!! The care and attention given was the best vet visit I have ever had!!! We have found our new vet!! Thank you so much!!

Absolutely would recommend this vet. I had to get my dog seen quickly because of a skin condition, and they were able to see her same day on a SATURDAY! The doctor made my fur baby feel comfortable and immediately took care of her. They explained everything before doing any procedure. She’s doing great now. Thank you so much!

Dr. P and the staff at this clinic are fantastic. They fit my old dog in as a new patient when my vet couldn't see her. Super friendly, great prices and don't try to push meds. Laser therapy is helping my 16 year old so much. Highly recommend this clinic.

The staff are really nice and always helpful. The doctor is caring and knowledgeable. His priority is to care for the animal and not maximize profits like the big chain vets.

The staff and doctor at this location are incredibly nice and knowledgeable. They treated my mama cat with love and it was a great experience! We will be retaining the service of Dr. P for all of our veterinary needs.

We just left with our very sick cat and I feel so relieved with the care he has received. From Amber at the front desk, Vet techs to Dr.P everyone was so wonderful and helpful. Highly recommend.

By far the best vet I've been to. Dr. Pattabhi is compassionate and communicates everything you need to know about your pet's issue as well as discusses options. In addition, they're also the most affordable clinic I've used. The staff is extremely professional and courteous. A great experience and I'll be brining all my pets here from now on.

i cannot express how much i love this office!!! Dr. Pattabhi and his staff are honestly fantastic!! i can see that they genuinely care about my animals and their wellbeing, and Dr. P is so thorough when it comes to explaining what's going on and it's super appreciated!!
