Called in on 2-16- 24 , asked for a sales person , talked to a fella that wasn't really helpful at all didn't seem like in the mood to work, I asked him if he can send me pictures of some cargo trailers , and annoyed me that he said " u can go online and we have pictures on there with the prices " just wanted upclose pictures inside and out , because some didn't have inside , Saturday Morning came went to the store instead , and Mr. James King helped me , really friendly and helpful! , showed me two cargo trailers and decided on one and added all the accessories I needed for it also , was there maybe less than 20 mins and was done. If u need help, ask for James King ! , Wonderful Service , will be there Wednesday to pick up the trailer

My trailer blew up on I 10, they got me back on the road quick with a new one with a great price.

I needed a pintle trailer hitch..they had all the components i needed. I also needed an adapter for my trailer hitch to my truck..they had that as well..then when i connected it to my truck..my lights didn’t work. Luckily the parts counter guy figured out the problem..it required a new receptacle on my truck..they had that too! They installed it in no time n i was back on the road..fully legal!

I have dealt with Southwest Trailers and Southwest Wheel for over 15 years primarily for boat trailer repair and maintenance. The service and expertise they provide is consistent. By the way, they have the cleanest shops and customer areas I have ever seen. They always explain what they will do and follow through. I have also had the opportunity to meet the owners of the company, who are gracious and friendly. Excellence begins at the top.

My wife set up my appointment with James,who I assume is the shop manager,(and possibly more). I brought my cargo trailer in to have the rear door fixed. The spring and tension cables were way out of whack! Anyways, he got it fixed up in just a couple hours. James and everyone that I dealt with there are top notch. The pricing was perfect as well. They will get my business from now on! Did I mention I didn't even buy my trailer from them? Kudos to the crew at Southwest Trailers!

Very knowledgeable! They wired my hitch on a VW Tiguan for half the cost of the dealership and they did it the same day. The dealership had my SUV for a week just to give me an estimate. And the dealership told me I shouldn’t get the hitch done at the dealership. They said it was too difficult and would cost too much. At Southwest Trailers James took care of me with great customer service and a quick turnaround. Also, he gave me options and explained things so that I could understand. Highly recommend!

Great experience. Every other trailer place around here has given me a hard time with scheduling or dropping off....some treated me like a crazy person for asking them to install something. Southwest has been awesome! Quick and easy schedule and drop off.

VERY honest - easily could have screwed me out of a few hundred dollars, but were honest and only did the required work and told me the truth. That's so rare for auto/vehicle repair shops, so I really appreciate when Southwest was honest and helpful.

Chris was great! Called him up and needed to get a trailer quickly for our move. He was able to beat the price of every dealer in town...i was out of there in 30 mins with a brand new trailer and a great deal. My wife and I are very happy with the purchase!

I needed help with a trailer hitch that was installed elsewhere. I called at 8:30 AM and Southwest Trailers got me in by 9:15 AM. They had me in and out in about 15 minutes and solved my problem. They were great to work with and didn't even charge me. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I’m not sure if he was a mechanic or what his position in the company was. But I have to brag about the gentleman named Chris. His customer service skills and trailer knowledge made my day so much better. I had purchased all new break components for my trailer and didn’t get the wiring right and Chris was there ready to help with a smile

29 May 2020 - purchased today a Texas Bragg 16 ft tandem axle utility trailer from Southwest Trailers. Hector took great care of me and made sure everything worked properly before I left. He even made sure my drop hitch was at the right height to ensure the front axle was at the proper angle. I highly recommend them.

Took my utility cargo trailer in for what I thought needed a repair on the towing tongue. An employee, Chris, greeted me and went out to the trailer and examined the tongue. He then told me "your hitch connection is in perfect shape. He then took me to a new trailer and showed me that mine was working better than a new one.
He also took me into his office and told me "I have a gift for you." He gave me a special pen that goes into my trailer tongue hitch to make sure it stays closed and locked. WHAT A DEAL!!
I was in my 2017 Chevy 2500 diesel truck and my "turn around" pulling my cargo trailer was going to be close spaces, so two other employees stopped their work and came over to my truck and told me, "let me guide you." They did.
These are really a group of professional nice people.

Was looking for a motorcycle trailer . For what people were asking on a used one , I found a brand new one by Cargo Mate for a little more . This place has everything you need from service dept. to parts in stock . The best part the employees are very polite and helpful. I’m very pleased with this company . Southwest Trailers have always taken care of my boat trailer when I need them. Recently, I purchased and they installed the Truck Systems Technologies Wireless Tire Pressure Monitoring System for my boat trailer. I had experienced two blowouts recently and wanted extra security when trailering my dual axle boat trailer when it is dark outside. It is an awesome addition to my boat and trailer package. You know the tire pressure of all tires before you leave the house. If the pressure is too low the wireless display will alarm. It also has tracks the tire temperature and will alarm if the tire gets too hot. I love this product and I thank Southwest Trailers for pointing me in the right direction. I have that piece of mine when pulling my boat all over Texas.

Stopped by for a quick repair and Tim did a fantastic job! He was extremely helpful, accommodating to my schedule, and i couldn't be happier with his work. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Made in Texas!!!!... Southwest Trailers have taken the time to make these trailers last a very long time. They really took time in the details of the trailers. What works and what doesn't. The Customer Service you receive is another level. Chris knew exactly what I needed for my Business. Everyone here at SW Trailers knows how to take care of the Customers..Not like the others....

Had the greatest experience purchasing my trailer from Southwest , Chris is the man to see, he's so knowledgeable and thorough with everything you need to know about what's the best option for what you're pulling and I could always reach him after business hours and he's always there for me with what ever questions I have, he's a great man, thank you Chris thank you Southwest, I'm very happy

I had several questions about Cargo Mate brand trailer. I called Southwest Trailers (the San Antonio dealer). I talked to Hector Salinas. HE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL! He is very knowledgeable about trailers. Five stars for Hector!
