Outstanding customer service. Fast, thorough and professional. You cannot see the bldg. number from the street, but the office bldg. is very prominent. Plenty of parking, to include handicap parking and entrance.

The supervisor in Austin, Mr. Garza was a godsend. He explained the protocols and reviewed my account. He then recommended me to go to the regional office because I didn't have and Franchise Tax forms and he explained they will help me fill out my forms. Susan was friendly, warm-hearted and kind and not only re-explained the protocols but filled out my forms for me. She then gave me a copy so that I have a guide . I was encouraged to stop by next year if I need any help. I once thought angels were only in heaven. Big thanks to Mr. Garza and Susan.

I just had a very pleasant experience with Officer Lorraine Carvajal in the San Antonio office. I'm new at being a business owner and she was very helpful explaining the process to me. She took her time with me and answered all my questions. When I left I had a lot better understanding of the system because of Lorraine's help. It's good to know that there are people like Lorraine working in state government that are dedicated to their job helping people.

People get them a really hard time here, But I think they’re great. Dealt with this office for years and I’ve never had any problems. They’re helpful and they have to follow certain guidelines and sometimes yes it can make it a little bit longer in the process, but they certainly do whatever they can to help

We visited the office today and someone greeted us right away and let us know someone would be helping us shortly. We were helped by Linda Ellington and she is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. She helped us fill out some forms and was very patient. She explained everything thoroughly and went out of her way to help us put in a request. It was a very pleasant experience.
