If I could award Shane, the wonderful young man who rescued me today when I hit a pothole and destroyed a tire, more than five stars, I would. He was patient with me, clearly knew what he was doing, and was very careful to ensure my safety. An excellent representative for AAA.

The man that picked up my son up on I40 was quick and efficient and extremely helpful. He knew all the information I needed to let me know everything was good and I wasn’t worried. He also backed that car into a parking space at the garage with the truck better than some people can driving their own car! 😆 Thank you!!

I called for a tow truck and right before it arrived a NCDOT roadside assistance truck pulled up. When Nelson, the tow truck driver got there, he worked with the NCDOT driver to diagnose and fix my issue so that I didn’t need a tow. They saved me so much money and I’m so grateful!

James was extremely helpful to me in arranging a tow truck when I needed it. I had been turned down by AAA Roadside Service and he volunteered to step in and make it right. Really appreciated it.

Went in for a passport photo and Precious was very professional and friendly. It took less than 15 minutes to get my photo taken and have the photos in my hand. Thank you for the great service, keep it going!

My Service Consultant was Angie Palmer. I had a substantial repair on an older car. Angie was informative, even educational, patient with my questions and concerns, and totally professional in accomplishing the work.

Had unexpected battery, brake fluid, transmission fluid, and other issues and they cleared all of these issues. Then months later had to get my emissions test done, and an oil change. Great no-nonsense customer service and professional quality staff. Their work is great and I feel safer knowing my car was serviced by them.

I drove in off the street with a flat tire. Even though they were fully booked, they assessed the situation, replaced the tire and got me on my way! They've been our go-to place for care care for over 10 years--always friendly and efficient. Thanks, Angie!

Everyone at this business was nice, and helpful, even providing a ride home when the vehicle was to stay overnight. Continued to keep me updated, and price for four, me tires seemed reasonable. Very pleased!

I have to say that I was a bit skeptical of coming to this location because of the reviews. I didn't have a appointment with the location I just showed up with my issues with my Dodge Ram Truck. Come to find out the Crew that works there was very understanding and friendly. The customer service representatives were helpful and very nice to every customer that came in for service. I got to talk to the mechanic that was working on my truck and he seemed very knowledgeable of his job. Tom the store manager at this location is a great person to work with he went over and Beyond his job today to help me out. I would recommend this location to anyone. I will return. I want to add that the store itself is a clean environment. I seen how they take care of their people as well as their store. while I was monitoring them with plans to review them later after I left. You should give this location an opportunity to show you that most of these reviews are BS. Keep Up The Good Work AAA Car Center.

Yes it was a great phone call Rhonda light not too bad on the price for a year you get $69 for a year Towing from anywhere and North Carolina so that's pretty good.

I went to get a NC state inspection and it was wonderful my car was ready is 20 to 30 mins. It was quiet and peaceful in the building for the first 40mins I was in the building. Also, the female tech always makes me feel wonderful and like there is someone advocating for me. I really mostly go to this shop because they do good work, have female and male employees and practice diversity. 5 stars for AAA for this visit. I always try to be a loyal customer to those who have helped me and treated me like a human being. I dont have much, so I try to support those businesses that are trying to do right by me.

I happen to hit a curb on a rainy night in unfamiliar Winston-Salam and my tire went flat. ASA dispatched a tow and I was off to a hotel. When AAA opened I received a call and follow up text and a rim would be ordered (after authorization) and the tire remounted. I am totally satisfied with the excellent customer service I’m receiving. Makes a bad situation tolerable.

This is my new go-to repair shop! I'm not sure why I went anywhere else before. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The prices are fair (especially for AAA members) and most of all, they are honest.
I brought in a car I'm planning to sell and just wanted to address a few small issues. They were very judicious in the repair recommendations and made suggestions based on what made sense for my situation - not what contributes to their bottom line.
I like that it is owned by AAA directly and not a franchise so there really isn't any motivation for the employees to try and cheat or over-sell anyone.
They have a courtesy van and the waiting room is clean and has free coffee (with actual cream, not just the powdered stuff!). I picked up a couple of old school paper maps at the travel center (since they are free for AAA members and in case of the zombie apocalypse or google maps is down) and the folks over there seemed super friendly as well.
Highly recommended!

The guys answered all my questions, quick to help, eager to please. The young man helped me diagnose my tire issue, inspect all my tires, and helped change my tire in less than 30mins. Then helped put on my spare after he inspected the spare as well. His professionalism was topnotch! This is the place to go. The young man with the Stanford Hoodie is a gold member. I had to tip him!

My experience with AAA was awesome. I had to get my car inspected and I went online, scheduled my appointment and when I arrived and checked in they took the car in right away and about 30 minutes later it was done. Everyone was nice. Easy peasy!!
