Me and my wife have been very satisfied customers of Prime Care Pharmacy 14032 Nacogdoches Rd. for a long time. We have appreciated the personal, friendly advice of the two experienced pharmacists, even during the COVID epidemic. The pharmacy also offers a free delivery service.

PrimeCare pharmacy has excellent customer service. They are Always so friendly and professional! The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have excellent free delivery services for their customers. I love the PillPack that they offer. It is so helpful and convenient! I recommend this pharmacy to anyone!

This family owned pharmacy is truly amazing and go above and beyond. They know me when I go in. Deliver for free, and do all communication with doctors offic for us. They are always friendly and never have to wait. Efficient professional, and wish I had found them years ago. Ins pays same at as they pay for cvs or Walgreens so prices are exactly the same for superior service.

I have been coming hear for over a year, and they make me feel like family, I would never use a different pharmacy. Clean, fast friendly. Never have to wait always have what I need in stock.

As someone who takes several medications and requires delivery, PrimeCare Pharmacy's "Pill Packs" and free delivery take a huge burden off of my shoulders. Their staff is friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have been with PrimeCare for several years now, and they are my all-in-one solution for all of my pharmaceutical needs. Finally, I appreciate them, because they know me and my medical conditions personally. So, for example, if a medication I get prescribed to is not covered by my insurance, they will work directly with my doctor to find a solution. I am truly thankful for PrimeCare Pharmacy.

This pharmacy is superior in personalized service. My current healthcare system was insisting I use “their” mail order drug store with outsourced customer service. I just verified the prices and discovered I was paying close to $50 per month more than Prime Care. Nothing beats being able to talk to your pharmacist personally. I will forever use Manish and Heli at Prime Care Pharmacy and support small family-owned businesses. They truly care about their customers. This is being posted on April 16, 2024.

I love this pharmacy great service and very helpful....I always forget bit they stay on top of my meds...very thankful for this pharmacy. Also they deliver my meds and I live kind of far. They are way better than any other pharmacy I've used.

Amazing service❤ My Son Nikolas always has medicine coming in. I work 2 jobs and always in a rush, this pharmacy delivers his medicines to my house this makes it so much easier. They always communicate with me and the Doctors. They go out the extra mile for the clients!! Thank you so much for the the great service y’all provide, thank for the patience. Great and Fast Service!!!
This small pharmacy is fantastic!! I was recommended by the dentist next door that it was fast and cheap, and it was. I walked in with a new prescription and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I have since been back with some new prescriptions and they filled them and I was out the door in 5 minutes. They keep asking me to delivery them to me for free, but I drive by frequently. I actually received a phone call from a person (not a robot) when my refill was ready. This is how pharmacies used to be before big box stores that make you wait in line 20 minutes took over.

They keep my prescriptions up to date and prepackage. Saves me so much time and headaches. They are a great couple and very dependable. They are pharmacists who often will suggest less expensive alternatives. Just a great experience. Friendly atmosphere. I don't waste time anymore like I used to at the chain store I went to for over 30 years.

What a wonderful pharmacy!! The owners are so nice and friendly! My elderly parents go here because of the over the top service. They will package you pills for you or your loved ones in daily/am/pm packages so you don’t have to do it for them! FREE!! They also deliver!! If you haven’t gone in, try them out! You won’t be disappointed!
