I randomly bought a belt here and experience some of the best customer service ever.

I was meandering throughout the mall and decided to find a new belt. At 10 minutes before close I walked into Buckle, self-conscious about entering so late. Instead of receiving sneers, I was warmly welcomed by the employees, who showed me the belts. They were so friendly and helpful. Most my interaction was with Myriam (who was awesome!), but other employees were great too.

I bought the belt, then realized days later that the buckle (pardon the pun) was too big (aka my gut was too big ;). I had to return it, and again - Myriam and all the staff were super-friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

I've worked retail before and know it can be thankless. I've also been to fancier establishments than Buckle and received attitude for briefly glancing 20 minutes before close. The service and kindness of the staff at Buckle was so unexpected and top-notch. I am sincerely impressed.

I really hope these individuals are getting the raises they deserve. Any establishment should be proud to have a team like this. I'm not in Buckle's target market, but I wish all my shopping experiences were this delightful. Thanks Myriam and crew!

Stopped in just to browse real quick and was greeted by Jana who was very welcoming and had such a great personality and attitude. My wife and I were just looking around and the next thing you know we were trying on clothes and asking Jana for advice.
She was on the spot when we needed her, looked for articles when we had questions on sizes. Ended up buying jeans and shirts for my wife and myself. Three hundred and sixty dollars later we were leaving the store super happy due to Jana's attentiveness and help.
Love that store, will be back again soon!! Go shop there, great folks there. They're all aces!

Few places in today’s world have all star team members like Emily. This location is lucky to have an outstanding employee like her. She’s patient and helps answer your questions. I’ll definitely will come back and buy from her! 😀

Hands down the BEST staff I’ve ever dealt with in any Buckle! I wish I had a better memory of names but I do recall Emily helping us along with a brunette who picked out this super cute top! Highly recommend coming to these ladies for all your outfit needs 💕

Went here today for the first time looking for jeans since all of my pre-pregnancy jeans are too small. I had no idea what size I was or what I was looking for. I just want to say Dylan is WONDERFUL! Guessed my size right off the bat and pulled some jeans out for me that fit and made me feel so much better than my other jeans do. These employees make that store such a pleasant and welcoming environment. ❤

Brendon was amazing. He helped my mom and I find the perfect fitted jeans for my father as well as helped me find a shirt for my husband to match a dress I brought in to color match. The best service I've ever received while shopping for clothes.

The buckle employees at the denton location are always SO helpful! I’ve been there 4-5 times in the last 8 months and they remember my name and always greet me with a smile. I am tall & plus size so it’s hard for me to find jeans in store that fit but they help me order them online and found me my favorite pair of jeans! Would highly recommend going to this store! And if you need anything ask Dylan for help!!

One of my favorite stores and I was excited to have one so close by when I moved to Denton from Cali. At first, I was disappointed by the service, so I stopped going for almost two years (a little bit of fat shaming attitude). When I gave it another try this year, the service was AMAZING! So very friendly, welcoming, and help you pick out awesome stuff that suits your body and style. I have to force myself to not go there every week 😂

Dylan is absolutely amazing!! He goes above and beyond his duties to make sure you’re getting the same service as a 5 star restaurant! He makes you feel comfortable and is always looking to make sure you absolutely love whatever you’re looking for. Not a “pushy” salesman at all; He loves making people happy with their purchases! Always ask for Dylan whenever shopping at this store!!

Absolutely love this place. The sales associates really go above and beyond for you. Throughout covid and recession, this team still gives exemplary customer service. Definitely one of a kind.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I spent way more than i planned. But staff turned me on to the Dude shoes and got to say they are amazing. Now own 2 pairs. And purchased a 3rd pair for a friend.
