Found most all my Christmas gifts here. Awesomeness. Had an exchange to do today and the cashier started giving me a run around. I asked to speak to the manager and Minet(hope I spelled right) came to the rescue. She knew exactly what she was doing and so very polite. She fixed everything and had us on our way in a hurry. I am amazed how awesome she was. Thank you so very much. This is why we keep shopping JCPennys

I love shopping here. You have to look for something that goes together in different parts of the store but that's the fun of putting together an outfit. Their clearance is wonderful. Always fine something I'm not looking for 😉. And big tip: They Always Have A Coupon!

Salon trip, always a good experience. I am always in and out quickly. Parking is easy. Staff is helpful and kind.

Very nice clothing for all ages, a bit confusing on where to find the registers, I enjoy shopping for casual outfits here. Love the selection of coats for cooler weather.

I haven’t shopped at JCPenney for a very long time. Wasn’t really a fan of the store because of previous customer service experiences in other locations. Today I went in to the Denton location and was greeted by all employees! Everyone was super helpful, and the store was immaculate. Very clean and organized. The cashier who rung me up was so friendly and made me feel so good about my purchases as she complimented the dress and shoes I bought. JCPenney has gained back an old customer. I will be shopping at this location often. Great staff, great management team.

I was in the area and stopped by to have the battery on my Pulsar changed. While there, I had a link removed from the band. Got great service from Francis at the jewelry counter. Discussed other issues with other brands I had. Very helpful. A lot of sales, almost bought a suit.

Store was clean and although selection were lean it was easy to find things I liked with good quality. There were good deals and coupons easily found on my phone that worked

Actually I took someone there to shop. They had a good experience and bought several items.I had my grandson so he pulled me to his favorite section(toys). We bought his favorite game in the moment. All in all we all had a great time.

A young lady that took care of me , Her name was Ms Zee . She was kind, with a beautiful smile very helpful, she helped pick out an outfit. It fit just right, I wore my new outfit to a Fish fry and everybody there at the gathering loved it!🤗

Frances in the jerwerly department was great! She was so patient with me while looking for a replacement wedding ring since I messed it up in salt water. My husband and I were in the area from Austin and thought we stop by on our way to Oklahoma.

The employee Gary who was also my cashier was very helpful ..he is a keeper!! Found an awesome water resistant jacket by Liz Claiborne with a removable liner at 40% off photos to come later..

Had a great experience last Sunday at the Denton Penneys. The service and selection was excellent. I found a pair of Nikes that I was after. They had many shoe types and sizes available. The checkout clerk was great, too. The only glitch was the website says open at 10am on Sundays, but the store actually opens at Noon on Sunday.

The people here are so so nice and caring.Especially Suzanne she deserves all the happiness and kindness 🖤🌸YALL ( other reviewers ) need to stop acting entitled and complaining about every little thing, these people are doing their best. Will be continuing shopping here

Pretty good sales and prices for big and tall shirts, which both me and my s/o need and are hard to find in cute styles.

There is a great selection of items and there are always amazing offers/discounts. Friendly and helpful staff too. Definitely a place to shop.

Very nice store, Samantha the new manager had done wonders with the customer service and overall feel of the store. She definitely knows how to put the customer first.

Love this store , but last time I was there one if the supervisors were really rude to me. Odd bc I shop there frequently!
