Reserve at Pebble Creek

Alexis and Myra are absolutely amazing. I had a situation where I moved from a sister property, during that time I was drained, scared, worried etc. however they made me feel right at home. They’ve been supportive since day 1. Both of the properties were amazing and so were the staff. The ONLY downside I would honestly have to say is the parking at my current building. In which I’m thinking they’re working to get that rectified. It’s a quiet property. Conveniently located, the aesthetics of the yard work could be a little better, but other than that, the price is amazing for the location. I enjoyed my stay here.

Mayra, office staff member has been super supportive and exceptional. She’s very friendly, responsive, and ensured that all my needs are met promptly. The professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable.

Alexis and Myra are very sweet . Alexis helped me move very quick and the process was smooth . My Family loves our Apartment. It's nice and clean area . Maintenance is very prompt . I love the Valet trash being a parent .If you are looking for a nice ,quiet, reserved community. Look no further. I love it here and plan to stay a very long time . Ask for Alexis ,she is amazing

Resident for 2 years. No complaints. Leasing staff are professional and thorough. It was a breeze moving-in, thanks to bailey. Maintenance crew are always timely. Looking forward to extending the lease.

I have loved living at reserve at pebble creek for 2 years now. Hands down one of the best apartments I have ever lived at. I feel like most apartments just want your money and not responsive but since I have been here the maintenance team addresses all my needs in a timely manner. The property manager and leasing agents have always been over the top nice & go above and beyond for their tenants. I don’t ever want to move again! Property is always super clean and well manufactured! All my neighbors I’ve met have been super nice and a few I now have become close friends with!

Came by last week for a tour and Bailey and Mayra helped me out, showed me around the community and were great people and provided me with great customer service! Will definitely recommend others to come and check the complex out and move over here if they’re looking for somewhere where you’ll be taken care of!

I wanted to start by saying that I have had a great experience living here. The staff is great and always does excellent work. Mayra Martin, have been always so helpful, and very knowledgeable! This complex is very safe, I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a new place. I also wanted to mention how great the maintenance team is. Don’t forget to ask Mayra Martin assistance whenever you enter leasing office.

The Reserve at Pebble Creek is getting a 5 star review from me for a few reasons:

• Prime location in the middle of Plano, could not be more convenient. Now there is even an HEB one light away.

• Me and my kids love the dog park, gym, grill, pool, and all the other included amenities.

• The “crowd” here is super family oriented and fun. You can find kids riding their bicycles, playing T-ball, playing on the playground, or just so many other public and safe activities. Great place for families.

• The maintenance could not be much swifter with their feet everything and anything gets handled in the first 48 hours of notifying the team.

• The office is full of the sweetest Ladies that can solve just about any issues at hand. This is super important for me when evaluating my feelings of safety, appreciation, and feeling like they have your back, the feeling of being taken care of when choosing where to live.

• The landscape is always kept super clean. Personally this one’s big for me especially when paying to live somewhere. Living in such a clean environment really allows appreciation.

I could go on and on about this hidden gym located at spring creek and coit! I wish I had found this place sooner

Me and my girlfriend came in last week to tour units and hadn’t made an appointment. When we walked in, the leasing agent named Alexis was more than thrilled to help us thorough pull through the process. After seeing the unit of our choice we immediately applied. The atmosphere, energy, and care all made us decide to pursue the reserve as our new place of home! We can’t wait to move in

The pest service The apartment is very beautiful, great service, very respectful, excellent prices, cleanliness and a beautiful view. I advise everyone to live in it

Bailey, Mira, and Victoria are the best. They have made my mother and daughter a HOME at their complex. It is ran extremely well, nice and friendly faces and well taken care of. I would like to thank you ALL for everything you do and have done!

We moved in last October and I can truly say it was the best decision we made. The staff is amazing, they handle all of our needs with a high sense of urgency. We couldn’t be happier with our place.

The Reserve at Pebble Creek staff is AMAZING. They are so quick to respond! This is the best property I have lived at and I love calling it home for the past 3 years. It is quiet and very well maintained. I am loving all the upgrades from the new owners. Jessica and Myra are the best leasing staff and the office is always welcoming.

I lived here for 3 years. I love Myra she is a myra she is amazing at her job. So friendly and always helpful when needing anything. I love the people in the community and feel safe.

Beautiful apartments and amazing staff! With all the storm damage that took place last week, I am so impressed by the way the maintenance team and office staff took care of my family and I. I just resigned my lease and I feel so good about the things the come! Besides the great location, the new company Harbor Group is taking amazing care of the property and doing so many improvements. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

The two bedroom floorplans are layed out like a home. Lots of room and closet space. We love the location and being only minutes from The Shops at Legacy and the Tollway. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. We plan to stay a while!

Submitted yet another work request in the same morning and when I came home the repair was also completed! Again, sorry for the mess of dishes in the sink!

I'm changing my review of this apartment complex. The former management company let this complex go big time and we had a lot of issues with them. However, the new company seems significantly better to work with and is way more receptive to issues. There is a definite difference and now this place is living up to its potential. Everyone at the front office is great to work with now that the management of the complex changed. Definitely recommend it now!

When my wife and I were searching for a new place to call home, we looked at three communities. The Reserve at Pebble Creek was our third stop. My wife immediately said this was the place.

After meeting Derrick, the assistant property manager, I felt the same way. He went well above and beyond what I could've ever expected. He showed from the very start that he cared and made us feel so welcome. He didn't stop at just getting the lease signed, his concern and care continued in making sure any problems we needed addressed maintenance wise were taken care of promptly.

The property manager Staci was just as amazing and helpful. I can't say enough about this community and the staff. From the leasing office to the maintenance staff, just a great bunch of people. This definitely feels like home.
