Listen, I don't doubt that the reviews of the place are genuine and that people have experienced poor customer service. But they've always been great too me at this Popeyes. So my advice would just to err on the side of caution and set your expectations correctly lol

Got exactly what I ordered, didn’t have to wait long, and everything tasted great. All you could ask for.

I’ve ordered for here several times they have the best mac & cheese, the chickens always hot and the coleslaw is always pretty good but love love the mac & cheese best in the town

I’ve read the reviews of Popeyes and can only guess that your experience depends on when you go and how busy the store is. I go several times a year on weekdays, after lunch, and I’ve always had a positive experience. The order is prepared quickly and accurately.

So glad Popeyes in Dickson TN is back up adjusting running.

Pretty good food, just be careful if you have a sensitive stomach. The spiciness will get you in the middle of the night and have you blowing up the bathroom. My wife wanted to try their famous spicy chicken sandwich, but like mayonnaise. Well the spiciness is in the mayonnaise, so she had to have it. Well she woke up in the middle of the night and spent 30 minutes in the restroom. Lol. 5 alarm fire! Other than that, good stuff! The blackened chicken is pretty good and brings the heat as well.

I got there as soon as they opened first customer of the day, my food was hot fresh from cooking they cooked my fries fresh.
I go to Dickson once a month to pay a bill always stop to get something for the trip back home plus another meal for later plus something for my mother.
Almost ate both of meals before I got home it was SO GOOD FYE

I'm a Doordash Driver and I had an order there at the Dickson location last night, Saturday April 17th, 2021.

The crew was awesome. The order was unique and had to be dropped fresh. They made the time fly by. I'm very appreciative of the manager and crew members from last night!

I love the chicken strips at popeye's! The people are so friendly that work there. And they're not stingy with their chicken strips. Ever one always has a smile
Update. 1-22-21 I don't know what happened but when you order an 8 piece chicken strip you would think that you would get 8 fairly decent size strips what a joke. If the pieces are to small you would think they would throw maybe an extra 1 or 2 in their. For $14 come on. Popeyes has gotten me through a few surgeries at the hospital always had my wife pick me up Popeyes but here lately very very disappointed

I went for the chicken sandwich and was not disappointed. It was huge and very good! We don't have a Popeyes in my town so I finally got a chance to try it.

Ahhh Popeyes... I do believe Popeyes is the best of the fast food chicken establishments. Their approach is simple. Great chicken with great seasoning at a great price. There is usually some kind special with a price break of one kind or another but even more importantly the chicken. Mmmm... The chicken. The spices on the spicey variety are simply wonderful. The crunch is exemplary and the serving temperature is well done. The pieces are generous with the exception of the legs. All in all I love this place and very much wish there was one closer to home as it's rarity makes it very difficult to drive past one without automatically turning in. 5 stars

The chicken sandwiches and nuggets were great, cooked light and crispy. Employees were friendly and courteous. Will be back without a doubt.

Everytime I get the tender meal, it's fresh, and delicious. Also fulfilling. Staff are always nice. Sometimes can be distracted, but nice.

Well cared for franchise chain location. Clean establishment and good, friendly service. Not a fan of the hot honey crunch chicken strips but otherwise food is as expected.

Hello all "PUBLIC ELEPHANT AT LARGE" here.....well i must say the family packs are o.k for a family of 4....But for a man of my size and stature i ordered 3 family packs with two sides of of dirty rice and 3 sides of gravy to satisfy my "beast of burden" appetite .....I hope one day they will create an 'ANDRE THE GIANT SIZE PO BOY".....great job staff !!!!
