Katie really did her thing. I swear this woman is relentless! Not only is she committed but she is obsessed with finding you a vehicle that suits your character & price range and when you settle for the one vehicle you want she will find a deal you seriously cannot refuse. She will work around your schedule and is probably the most flexible dealer I've personally ever dealt with in my life. She even offered bringing the vehicle with her to my job when I was tied down to my shift just so I can drive it and test it out. All of the employees I encountered were friendly, helpful, and professional. I worked with Stefan Pent as my sales person and he was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was not a high pressure tactic employee and I appreciated his patience and time he dedicated to helping me make a decision about a new vehicle. He very courteously showed me all three vehicles I questioned him about as well as test drove them with me all the while showing his sense of humor and helpfulness.

Shout out to Michael holdin' it down in sales... and my baby girl. He really hooked it up with the numbers and worked with me without me having to even ask. Michael's a G and very cordial. Easy to work with, left happy in the new whip with ease. Highly HIGHLY recommend to anybody and everybody.

I bought my Nissan Rogue from here and brought it back for normal maintenance! I traded in my jeep when getting my car and both times I was there everyone was very nice and helpful! They got me a very good deal and was able to work with me to get everything that I wanted! Shout out to my salesman Chad Cothron! During routine maintenance I waited at the store and they got my car done as fast as they could and I was in and out! Definitely the fastest and best experience i’ve had dealing with a dealership!

I had a wonderful experience with Nissan. I came in with a coupon for an oil change. I added a couple of “while I’m here I also need” items. The service employee explained very clearly how it would work. They actually wound up not needing any diagnostic for one item, so the entire repair was much less than they quoted me. It was done in 90 minutes, and the car seems very happy to get some TLC at the dealership!

Always have a good experience here. I've had my car for almost 2 years and I still haven't had to pay for an oil change because of car doc! Most recently when I got an oil change I went to make a cup of coffee but noticed they only had sugar so I asked the lady at the service desk if they had any splenda and she gave me some of her personal stash to use! So nice of her!

Great experience buying a car! Our salesman, Kody, was great to deal with. He was not pushy and kept our best interest at hand. The finance manager, Michael, was super nice and also great to deal with. He is not pushy when it comes to extended warranties, extra services etc. I would highly recommend checking them out If you're in the market for a vehicle.

After looking for a couple months and talking to a few dealers we weren't having luck finding a truck we wanted. After talking with Katie we learned that we could shop any of the sister stores of Victory Nissan and get free delivery if our local store didn't carry what we were looking for. A couple days later we drove our new truck home thanks to her help. She was very patient with our decision and didn't pressure us into making a choice we didn't want while also being very helpful and knowledgeable. The whole staff was very friendly and kind. I honestly cannot say enough great things about my car buying experience with Victory. From start to finish I felt heard, involved, and that my needs truly mattered to the entire staff. Kailey in the service department recommended I consider trading my car in after hearing about all of my ongoing issues with it. Then, John, in internet sales, reached out after I expressed interest in an online vehicle they had listed, he wasn't pushy but he got me the info I requested in a timely manner. He kept in contact with me through the snowstorm keeping me updated on the vehicles status and connected me with Katie for my scheduled appointment. Katie took absolutely amazing care of me, she listened to my needs and helped me leave the dealership in my dream car with a realistic payment and service plan that fit my requirements. (Not to mention she makes great conversation in the waiting time!) I was never pressured, or made to feel like my goals weren't acomplishable.
