This store was clean, price on meats were great and the best was the cashier, that checked us out! She gave us coupon to use on our steaks, as a welcome to there place, for we just moved here! Will definitely be back to shop there!! My kind of store!! Also had pick 5 on there meats! The T-bone we're a inch or more thick, cut perfect!!

So to support our local grocer I tried their grocery pickup. First the website was super easy to use. Second the pickup was very easy and they carried everything out. Next the order I placed was over $100 so it was a pretty large order. They picked beautiful produce! All items were as good or better than if I would have picked them out myself. I am so pleased and want to recommend everyone use them! I couldn't be more happy with them. Thank you for going above and beyond what I expected !

I shop here weekly. Chappells has a friendly country store feel with some good deals if you look for them, particularly the 5-for-$20 mix and match. The meat department has a small clearance area with drastic markdowns that I always check first. It’s a much less stressful shopping experience than the well-know big-box grocery stores around.

Always friendly staff, and it feels like a old timey grocery store. Most of the employees know you by name, and always have a smile on their face. Great meat choices,and at a good value.

I went in Chappell's looking for gluten free pretzels and Daniel was VERY helpful in finding me exactly what I was looking for. "Yes sir, is on aisle 5 is good!" Excellent hospitality I will be returning soon.

Buy all my meat there. Very good quality. Prices are a little higher than larger food chain. But this is a local hometown store. Worth going there for the meat.

Chappell's always has the best produce in Dickson. The employees are always helpful and friendly. My groceries are bagged at the checkout and they offer to carry them out for me.
