Roxy Movie Theater

We live in Hohenwald, TN and this is a great place to come to see a movie. The people that work at The ROXY always bend over backwards to serve and help their patrons. The owner, Belinda Daniels, wants to always set a great example to her staff in serving and every time we have come to The ROXY she is usually behind the food counter serving. My wife and I were recipients to her service this past week. I am currently on crutches and she went out of her way to ensure we were taken care of. In this day and time finding a business that values and serves their customers is a rarity. Obviously The ROXY is one of those rare businesses. You have definitely earned our business. Thank you!

A true Dickson treasure. The Roxy has great movies, serves with a smile, comfortable seats, all of your favorite movie snacks, clean bathrooms and a game area for pre or post movie fun. All this right in Dickson! Couldn't ask for more.

Very clean. Well kept theater. Right after the movie cleaning crew was on it getting it vacuumed and swept for the next showing. Except for woman selling tickets wasn't very nice. She made me feel uneasy. Other than that everyone else was extremely nice.

Took the kids to see a movie for her birthday get place the service was excellent

A great experience. My son has autism and he gets very excited. Not one time was anyone rude to us. In fact it was such a family oriented atmosphere that all the kids got to have a wonderful time and not one person said anything mean to the other. Absolute great place to take the family. Absolutely enjoyable.

Great service. Good seats that recline back a little, not too much. Good picture quality. Will be back.

Andrew is amazing as well as the cleaning crew and staff. My daughter was distraught over losing her charm for her necklace that was a gift from her deceased father and myself. I called Andrew and explained this to him and left my number praying it would be found. He called me 1st thing the very next morning and said it was found and waiting on me to pick it up. Beyond grateful to them. She was in tears so happy it was found

Love going here it's clean and I am able to get the seating I want. Love the chairs that lean back. Great and friendly staff

Great place to go on Tuesdays. $5.00 movie day all day

Feels like a small-town theater but has all the modern amenities. Seating is clean and comfortable. Concession pricing is about 60-75% of the "big guys" but you get in some cases more. Bathrooms are clean. Sounds system is current.

Love the atmosphere. I like Tuesday evenings, senior day, 5 bucks. And all the movies are new releases. Regular admission for adults is 9 bucks, I believe and not sure about other age groups. I had a blast

I live the Roxy! Up to date movies, pleasant staff, and clean bathrooms. $5 Tuesday is great also!

Great place to catch a movie and popcorn!

It's nice to have a place to go and relax 😌. But I think the seniors should always have the discount on the price on ticket and food. Anytime. Also a certain time on the weekend that the family 👪 can bring there loved ones and not cost a arm and a leg to get them drinks and popcorn. For my family it cost me around 45 to 50 dollars for just tickets then around 16 dollars or more for each person. So for a family 👪 of 5 is over 80 dollars for food. Around 130 dollars for a night out with the family. I now we haven't had one in so long 😩 I couldn't tell you when it was your talking years. And then we live 65 mile away or more so there's 20 dollars on top of the show. And dinner cuz of the drive. $150 plus dinner. Just to do something with the family. That is so wrong. And why family are missing out of the time doing things together like it use to be like when I was a child. They' ve missed out what that means. This generation has lost their values.

I went in and spoke with Andrew the manager, we talked about architectural and decorative changes! Its still a local business with all of the great things we all can enjoy! Plus the mural highlights all of the classic Hollywood actors and actresses. Thank you for being a part of the community!

GREAT FAMILY MOVIE NIGHT! took my family of 8 here and we had a fun time playing the arcade/other games they have in the lobby while we waited for our movie to start and after the movie when we were waiting for other members that saw a different movie to finish up.. concession stand line was not bad at all and our order was right. The seats in the theatre we got were ok.a bit squeeky.. and they do not have movable armrests or much of a lounge for the back.but efficient. We had a really great time.
