Kroger

I'm giving this store a 5 star review. Because some of the people who work there break their backs giving all that they can give for their customers where is their appreciation! Yeah this place has a lot of issues. But WAKE UP! NO STORE IS PERFECT!! Retail is a hard business to manage! Get a clue before you come in and judge harshly!

Why did you change the chicken recipe in the deli? It's not as good as it was.

The opening Cashier,Donna,Angie .Was friendly really hard working ladies .They work really,really,really hard everyday they Never get recognized for how hard they work!!!!They go out of there way to make sure everyone is taken care of.We all need to thank them for all they do.And OUR AMAZING JUSTIN PEOPLES WHO IS A REALLY HARD UTILITY WORKER WHO IS A HARD WORKER WHO GOES BEYOND FOR ALL OF HIS FELLOW ASSOCIATES AND CUSTOMERS THANKS TO ALL YALL FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO EVERYDAY!!!!

Visiting my family down here in Tennessee and this was my first time every visiting a Kroger. It was a hectic, last minute buy but the stores environment and staff were welcoming and friendly.

Good place it was packed though lo g lines

Kroger is my favorite store to shop , they always have good sales and everything you could possibly need at a reasonable price.my whole family has been shopping at Kroger as long as I can remember,and I'm 50 years old. The employees are so good at what they do and are very nice and respectful. I would recommend everyone to go there and compare prices from other stores because after you do you will be surprised ,they are the best and the meat is very good , fresh bread baked every day is so good . and they have my favorite cookies called Christies .

I thought that since it is like as busy as a ⛽station@⬛⬛🌙⬛⬛that it's like more real life to be using the ....

Great place , has alot of things other places don't have.

This Kroger is very convenient for Dickson & surrounding counties! The prices match my budget. The deli department is my favorite especially when Mrs. Edmondson is working. I know my food will be made correctly if she's handling it. The store could be expanded to accommodate the influx of growth in Dickson's population. The pharmacy staffing is very friendly which makes the wait times more acceptable. However, its constantly busy with patients. The overall atmosphere is pleasant.

We had a very nice visit to Kroger's last Friday afternoon. We had not shopped there for some time to be honest, but in the mail we received quite a few coupons for items that we use that were absolutely free! Now you have my attention, Mr. Kroger, and we shopped with those coupons as the base of our visit. The free items included eggs, cereal, cereal bars. We also had a coupon to get ground turkey deaply discounted. All in all when taking the free items into account we were able.to purchase our weekly provisions for less than 45 dollars including tax and that is not bad. I think it is possible to shop at Kroger's economically if you shop what is on sale.and use the store.coupons when available.

Friendly and always willing to help..

Sean in the deli department took real good care of my $600 plus order for Union Sportsmen Alliance annual event at Montgomery Bell State Park and he's an asset to Kroger's! Very professional and if need be give him a raise to keep him there with your company cuz it's much better than last year when we got our order there.

I love my Kroger's! But let's face it, it's not the product it's the people that bring me back! Especially Cheryl! She always puts a smile on your face. I would name more people but I would be afraid I would leave someone out. I love yous and their coupons

Love to shop at Kroger. Friendly staff. Good prices. Fuel Points are big money savers.

Employees are always so friendly and helpful. Prices have been lowered on a lot of items. The points and sales make it well worth shopping this store.
