Best bookshop around! Had a great time here! Really easy to get to, perfect location.
Great customer service and atmosphere.
You could really spend some time here.
There’s a wide variety of everything! I personally loved the nature and fantasy sections. There was a lovely place to read just outside that was completely shaded! I also really appreciated the holiday-themed table! Lots of USA books for the 4th of July! (National parks, maps, history and whatnot)
So cool! Will definitely come back next time I am in town!! Highly recommend!

Boerne is a short day trip from Austin or San Antonio. This cute little town has a cozy and friendly book shop, which is a must see. I had a book signing there and found people to be friendly, hospitable, and helpful.

What a gem! Very nice bookstore with great selection and an overall good assortment of classics and new books. As an FYI they don’t sell used books.

Excellent bookstore stocked with the latest books and a wide selection. Far better than I expected from a locally owned store in a smaller town, apologies if that seems rude of me. Would recommend checking out.

Super cute inside and tons of children's books. My kiddos appreciated the train set and I loved the book selection. Extra special for us to experience the first story time reading on Mondays at 11am. Looking forward to going back. Get a coffee nextdoor at Richter Bakehouse and go check out the bookstore!

I love a good local bookstore, and this place fits the bill! If you appreciate a good bookshop, this is a good place to stop by if you're in the area. Relaxing atmosphere with a wide range of genres. Great local section as well. I decided to go with Doctor Sleep by Stephen King and got a nice bookmark to go with it.

Wonderful bookshop, inviting environment, wonderful children's section, helpful staff. I love that they will order books they don't have for me so I don't have to turn to the chains and can still shop local!

We absolutely love little bookshops with creative and inviting environments. We appreciated that there was seating for folks who want to browse and read.

An absolute treasure of a bookstore. My husband and I love to visit indie bookstores in whatever towns we’re visiting, and really enjoyed this one. Fantastic kids’, Texas, and sci-fi/fantasy sections, in particular, but I think anyone would be able to find something of interest in a store like this. The selection is clearly carefully curated—a good mix between newer, popular titles and little-known gems, so be ready to browse closely :).

A super nice, organized, well kept shop with a variety of books in mint or near mint condition. It was somewhat of a mini Barnes and Noble if you would say. I'm super glad I made the drive to explore the small shop. Great place for book shoppers. The girl working was also super friendly and helpful. I wish there were more small bookstores like this. Only advice is to have a bigger sale/clearance section.

The Boerne Bookshop is a homecoming to my book-loving heart, tucked in a special nook at the back of the Richter collection of fulfilling shops & restaurants. Once inside, book people often linger much longer than a lunch.
