Norman is amazing! We drove over 9 hours straight and we were tired already. Norman went above and beyond stopping his current task to help us. We underestimated the space needed and he quickly set us up so we could complete our move that evening! Norman is definitely an asset!!

I rented a storage unit from Jim who was working the day I stopped by. It was a very smooth process. Jim is extremely helpful and kind! I wanted to be able to easily park in front of my unit to load/unload and I can. I have not met Norman, who is the manager there, but he has also followed up with me to ensure all was well. I’m glad I chose to rent with this storage company and location.

Hi highly recommend any individual that is looking for a storage facility to rent from ExtraSpace in Summerville Road. Was our associate and gave us phenomenal customer service.

Norman helped set up our storage unit over the phone. When we got there our unit was no longer available, so we had to take a smaller one at a higher price. After speaking with Norman the next day, he adjusted the price of the smaller unit. This facility is clean, good service and Norman is a man of his word!

It was a great experience finalizing my storage rental. Norman was great and explained everything I needed to know to me. He is very enthusiastic about the place and made me feel right at home even before I saw the unit. I know that I will like storing my business items there. I like the location and feel my items will be very safe and secure. Also on the way to the unit there were two sets of other storers there and they both waved to Norman as he went by ahead of us on his golf cart. Gave me the feeling everyone likes Norman! And I do too!
