Hero’s Ramen x Sushi

This place is Amazing! The food is outstanding and the atmosphere is very friendly. If you love Ramen and Anime, this place is for you. My favorite Ramen place in San Antonio. The Ramen is very flavorful and warns your soul.

Great Japanese food and perfect serving size.

I'm Japanese, and I'm kind of big fan of Ramen. I visited several Ramen restaurant in San Antonio, but I'm sure that this Ramen restaurant is the BEST. I'm moved by the fact that I can eat this quality of ramen in the US.
The taste is really authentic, and I guess there is a Japanese chef.（or advisor since I don't see any asian inside the kitchen.） Also, the staff's hospitality is amazing. They are so quick to serve unless it's crowded. When I asked the to-go box, he prepared so quickly, smiling. You should try at least once.

I went on a Sunday afternoon and it was surprisingly busy! That didn't stop the staff from being super nice though! And of course the Ramen came out quick and delicious. I always get the spicy tonkotsu Ramen with an egg.

This is a great ramen shop! I found this place inadvertently through a YouTube video claiming it was one of the best (if not the best) in San Antonio; it did not disappoint!

Fun atmosphere. Great staff. And amazing food! Bring your friends and have fun with some of the mini-claw machines they have available in the waiting area (just be careful, it can get expensive real quick).

Everything is super here. Service was speedy & with a smile. This was my first visit to such a place. I know I'll be having some more ASAP. Too bad it's so far from my hood. Thanks!

I have a strict-ish diet my only source of protein is fish so sushi is my favorite. The sushi at this place is always fresh and amazing! My rolls come out the way I love them and the treasure bowl is out of this world packed with a little of everything. Highly recommend the sushi here. I also love the low music and anime they play on the tvs.

Ordered the heros roll, spicy miso & reg miso and none of those disappointed. Everything was great along with the service. Would definitely recommend coming, top 3

This was our first time here. I gotta say, this place is amazing. The food is so good and tasty. The whole time we were there the servers were very attentive and very friendly. The atmosphere was chill, and the facility was very clean. I ordered the hero’s spicy miso and we also got shrimp x shrimp roll . I swear to God while I was eating the Ramen, my mouth was salivating just for more while I was eating my food 🤤We sure will be coming back frequently..

The restaurant was small but nice. The service was awesome, and the staff was quick and friendly.

The food was pretty good, and the spice wasn't unbearable. The noodles are the thin kind so just be aware of that. I did enjoy it and would recommend it.

Small cute place. They do have outdoor seating. Kid friendly. You order first at the counter, then they seat you. Food came fast and was hot. Spicy edamame was on point. Ramen was amazing good portions. Service was great. I would definitely recommend everyone to come and try this awesome and delicious place.

Arrived half or so after opening and not busy but as we left it was starting to get busy! Ordered the miso ramen, shrimp tempura and karrage chicken (not like Japan but still good) Our bellies were full even the children's miso had tons of noodles. Customer service was awesome! They also have mini crane arcade and snack items to purchase. Will visit again!

Great place for authentic Japanese ramen. Kaarage chicken is also great! They also have an okashi (snack) rack full of various Japanese treats that you can buy as well as drinks. Claw machines as well with Gacha toys! I come here every time whenever I visit the San Antonio area 🍜

Awesome ramen! Some of the best in town, certainly in the area. Sushi was great too tho the rice was slightly undercooked in my opinion. Place looks great and the staff is super helpful and nice. The sushi selection is not huge, we’ll I guess the menu is not too large overall but it has what you need with great quality

Amazing place. Super flavorful Ramen. Nice and friendly staff. Fast. We could not have had a better experience. The air conditioner was maybe on the fritz while we were there but the eats are on point. Definitely becoming a regular here.

Good ramen, actually spicy fire ball, and quality import beer. I've taste tested many ramen joints around San Antonio to Austin and this one's up there. Absolutely no complaint on the food at hero's ramen. One of a kind spicy edamame.

I understand what theyre going for with this adopted ordering system where they make you pay before youre seated. However this ordering system doesnt work well here in the states and makes for a bit of an akward wait at times. Thankfully the atomosphere and food overwrites most of the negatives.

Great choice to dine-in alone, date, or with family. Keep in mind their odd hours of operation. Once you get by the paper work stuff youre in Heaven!

Had the hero's spicy tonkotsu ramen, the mini chashu bowl, and California roll. All super good, the spicy has a nice building heat without being too over powering. For a first time experience it was great.

Went around noon and the first thing we had to do was add our name at the front to be seated. The seating arrangement may need to be fixed, that was the only problem I found. We ordered almost everything off the menu as we're Asian foodies. Must order the ramen, hands down best place in San Antonio. Just try it yourself. Ordered the salmon sushi bite which was delicious, a recommendation from our server, Hiro, to dip in lemon sauce, which heightened the flavor of the salmon. The takoyaki was crispy at first bite and then everything else just melts your mouth. Definitely coming back. Food and service was exceptional.

This Hero's Miso Ramen is peeeerfect, for this cool weather! The sushi was fresh and delicious as well. We will definitely be coming back.
