My son started driving and I purchased a 2009 Toyota Camry for him at Alamo Car Center. Staff here are extremely friendly, they allowed me to take the vehicle for a pre-owned inspection and was transparent throughout the whole sale. I was assisted by Parish, very friendly guy and no pressure selling - the manager Luis was also great.

If you go into a used car lot with the right expectations of a used vehicle, you will come out ahead. Majority of Toyota's are bulletproof. We walked out with a great deal and my son loves his new to him car. They are also supportive of military. Thank you Alamo Car Center - Keep up the strong work !

My son had just gotten out of the Marine Corps, and was in need of a car because he found a job in Little Rock.. So, as many of you may have, i read most of the comments and was in the fence about shopping here.. My son found a car online that he liked from Alamo, so we said lets give them a try, there was some great comments, and who are we to judge if we dont like it we dont buy it , that simple.. We got there and was approached by Frank, and he introduced himself, said feel free to look if you want a test drive let me know if you have any questions, and we were pretty much left alone.. We must have test driven 3 or 4 cars, the inital car, was a no, but still kept looking.. Finally he found a car he liked a 2012 jeep liberty, very nice, drove nice, engine clean, interior well kept, and came with alot of extras.. They said we were free to take the car to a mechanic before purchase, look over it , do what we like to feel good about our purchase.. Couldnt have been more pleased with them, and my son loves the car drove it to Dallas. It did need minor things, but nothing major, like an oil change, and new brakes, they were pretty worn down, other than that no issues and its been about 2 to 3 weeks now since he bought it, wanted to wait before adding review.. Super nice people. Will give you a list of cars and let you check out the cars on their own. Very helpful if you have any questions and I took the car to be checked in a garage nearby without a problem.

There is a good selection of used car in the 6 to 12+ thousand dollars range. I found my 2011 Lexus here. They even replaced the wiper filters and some other items as I requested.

The sales men were very pleasant and made we feel very welcomed. Any questions I had they were able to find an answer to and even made sure address my every concern I had with each vehicle I checked out.

This review is about 5 months late, but I just wanna say a big thank you to Alamo Car Center for helping me find my next vehicle. I had been in search of a new to me vehicle for 2 months prior to November of 2021, but with the specifications I needed on a vehicle and with everything going on at the time it was harder and harder to find a vehicle everyday. The day I prayed to god that I would find a new vehicle, I was blessed with finding this place. I spoke to Travis on the phone the 16th of November and went and took a look the very next morning. A good 2 hour drive home and I didn’t have a single issue! Great people, just trying to help others. That’s what you call a business.

Great car selection and prices. Not one car we looked at had bad interior or mechanical issues.Dave is the greatest and actually helped us pick out what ended up being the perfect car for our son.He was so great to us the previous day we came back and made a purchase today. The gentleman in the office gave us a great deal so everyone is happy.They even have a maintenance and warranty on their cars and don't sell salvaged/rebuilt titles like some of the places we visited. If we ever need another used car this is the 1st spot we'll check instead of wasting our time elsewhere.

Pretty decent car lot selection. I purchased a good work truck from here and so far no problems and the salesman weren't pushing they let me look and drive and check it out.

Researched cars for a month. Found great prices, most all cars prices as great deals. Bought a Hyundai Sontera for $1000 under average price. Car has run great, no issues. The free 90 day warranty I used for drive train issues that did not show up until a month later. All staff were pleasing and helpful. Car was detailed and cleaned while we did the paperwork, so we were pleased then and still are pleased . Thanks Alamo Car Center.

First time customer! Very impressed with staff, super friendly. Answered all my questions and explained how the process works. Was given a list of options that were in my price range. Was walked through all the paperwork (which is usually the stress part about buying a car) but Louis was awesome and explained everything in detail. Definitely will come here first next time when looking to buy again.

Great customer service and car buying experience! Luis was super upfront and fast and didn’t drag out the car buying process. The car I loved needed tires and he got 4 new one before we drove off the lot. The car is amazing. The cars are in a dirt lot so they get super dirty but don’t let that deter you. We washed our car and it was spotless.
They don’t hover over you when you are looking and just let you look and test drive anything you want alone.

I bought a Nissan from this dealership and had impeccable service. The salesman David was very nice, polite and provided me w all the info about the vehicle. Matthew was very polite as well. Louis (Manager) was very patient and walked me through all the paperwork. They all provided me with excellent customer service. I’m very impressed with this dealership over all. Love my new car!

These guys were very easy to work with and sold me a quality used vehicle at a great price. I would recommend checking them out, they have a large inventory and lower than normal prices. I had a pre purchase inspection done and the vehicle is in great shape. Very pleased with my purchase and the experience.

Small, family owned, used car dealership. Cars are fairly priced with no sales pressure tactics. Saw multiple families looking for or purchasing that "1st vehicle for their kids". Have to say it was one of the easiest car buying experiences I've had. If the purchase process took 2hrs I'd be exaggerating. Dave was a sweetheart and took great care of my son and me. We bought a 2009 Honda Civic Hybrid. My son loves it!
