Krystal

I grew up having Krystals as a treat. May have been my first burger. I now live in a state where they are not located, so when I travel in the region, I'm always on the lookout for them. I'm sorry to say that while good... they weren't great. Had 4 that weren't fresh off the griddle and had been in the warming "thingy" a little too long.

Was there Friday 12.29.23 aprox 630 pm , the guy running window was super nice , patient , fast & friendly. They really deserve a special gift from DM , that crew was on point. I had just come from a doctors appointment and starving they filled me up .
I will definitely be back for my Krystal burgers 🍔.

I stopped by Krystal after a doctor's appointment in Jackson tn to grab lunch we don't have a Krystal in my town so anytime we are in jackson I make a point go and get me a sack full I love Krystals so much and the staff at the jackson location are awesome friendly people very helpful every time I'm in jackson tn I will be going to drop in love you guys

My 1st time ever eating at Krystal. I've always been a White Castle fan. I must say, the little burgers were better at Krystal! No more Castle for me. Krystal burgers had a better flavor, fluffier bun, better quality onions. I'm almost 50, I should have come to Krystals sooner.

The food was good,if they could only get your order right! I spent $28 n some cents for 3 people n we had to turn around to get one of our meals .smh!!! So hard to get good accurate service!

Krystal burgers always hit the spot when I take my parents to their monthly Dr. Appointments. It's now become a tradition. We had a long day at several appointments, and my parents and 3 sons were all just worn out. Plus, it was pouring down rain and was just a very down and out day. The sweet lady behind the counter was so sweet, and her bright attitude just lifted my spirits. My two sons, twins that are 8 years old and they are terrified of storms and thunder, so they were quite visibly shaken and scared. She went out of her way to try her best to comfort and distract them while we were ordering at the counter. During all the chaos, I did forget to order their drinks, so I got back in line, and when I ordered them, she just gave them the cups and didn't even charge us for the drinks. I regret not getting her name because I would love to mention her in this review. I'm not sure what kind of day she was having, but she sure picked up on the kind of day it was for me. She went above and beyond, and it was very much appreciated and helped so very much. This is the kind of customer service, and just plain and simple kindness that we all need to learn from. And the Krystals were delicious as always! This was on 7/14/23 around 11:30-12:00. Please let this kind lady know she does her job and does it well and she deserves a sincere thank you from the management team!

It's Krystal. For what it is, this place was great. Hit the spot

The food was hot and fresh. The service was polite and reasonably quick. The glazed doughnut holes are a fantastic dessert.

Great food, awesome staff, Friday the 13th special was delicious!

Don't think I've ever reviewed a fast food place, but this location deserves a quick shout out. We stopped by Saturday afternoon, while on our way back to Texas. We don't have Krystal back home, so we usually get it while traveling...a little throwback to childhood. We ordered a good 30-something items, some special orders, and they didn't mess up or forget anything. Everything tasted better than ever, fries were hot and super crispy, employee had good communication, and we didn't have to wait long. I'll be sure to stop at this one the next time I'm passing through.

The manager has a nasty disposition, Saying why they want to come in here and eat smh.

Can't say enough about my lil cheeseburgers! My husband and I had not had a great experience at Southland Hotel.. Valentine's Day and he knew exactly what would make my heart happy! Krystal Cheeseburgers! customer service was great! Thanks!;

Listen, I've never had as good a drive through experience in any drive through as I did here tonight. It was my first time at Krystal's. The woman who took my order was incredibly patient and thorough, and explained things completely based on our preferences. The man who assisted with payment and expediting the order to us was incredibly sweet, kind, and attentive! He even said, " Y'all have a good night and be safe!"
This became our favorite fast food restaurant immediately! Can't wait to go back!!

Always stop on the way through Tennessee to get our burger fix.

Drive thru lady was rude. I was asked to pull up and they would bring my food out. After 16 minutes I asked about my food and I was told not politely that they were still working on it. It took 21 minutes to get my food.

One of the only food places open on Christmas eve for travelers. Was greeted professionally. Was told up front there was a wait for the food, and that was the best wait for the food! Been in OKC since June this year and there is no Krystal's there. This was perfect 😍. Great employees. We'll see you again when we travel to TN

A bit Pricey but food was good

The store was extremely busy. The staff were so nice and polite. I mean they were slammed with customers. It was well worth the wait that we had. It was also nice to know that the stress of alk the people did not charge their demeanor. Excellent job.

The only Krystal's close to use. I drive 45 mins Just to eat here! My last visit the lady at the window was so understanding and kind. Her kindness meant more to me than she may ever know! Thank you. ❤
