His pricing is good and he is good at what he does he fixed my screen and home sensor button and did an amazing job I will continue to be using his services as long as he has them

I was referred to Misfits from Verizon in Dickson. I am so VERY IMPRESSED with the level of expertise and customer service!!!! Although my iPhone 13 is dust in the wind, they referred me to a reputable data recovery company which is huge because that industry can be very scary! They replaced my iPhone 7 screen, fixed the dented corner to get the screen in, and got me up and running again! The fact that they had an iPhone 7 screen in stock was amazing because Best Buy had to order one! Kevin is a wonderful human providing awesome customer service and was even there for me today to provide tech support to update my phone to a more current version so I can run my apps!!! I will never go anywhere else for my electronic repairs. I highly recommend this company for yours! Thanks for the amazing service guys! I appreciate you so much!!!! Keep up the great work!!!!

Misfits was able to replace the back camera lense on my Pixel 7 quickly and for a great price. This was a job that another big brand franchise shop refused to service. I'll be coming here from now on!

I cannot recommend Misfits highly enough. I fully submersed my nearly brand new on-call (work) iphone in water and thought I was going to have to pay for a replacement. Misfits was able to diagnose its problems within one hour and fix multiple, significant issues within 48 hours- for a SHOCKINGLY low fee. These guys are amazing and literally saved me a thousand dollars. Thrilled to have found them, and will definitely be using them on all my electronics repair needs from here on out. These guys really know their stuff. I can't tell you how many phones they have repaired for my family (mostly cracked screens or broken charging ports).
We are tough on phones but they have always been able to repair them at a very reasonable price (a whole lot cheaper than buying a new one!)
They are popular for good reason. Take your phones and electronics here first before buying new!

The staff of Misfits Electronics informed me of what was wrong with my computer within 2 business days instead of 5 days as they initially told me due to being backed up with other repairs ahead of me. Their standard for repair is, "If it costs more than half the amount you paid for it, it isn't worth repairing." They gave me an excellent quote, and also excellent service. I had my computer back within 4 days of turning it in to be worked on. If you need anything electronic to be repaired, this is the place to go, hands down.

So, I had a gaming computer built here about a month ago, and I have to say Aaron did an amazing job. I brought them a very out dated machine and the idea that I wanted to upgrade a few things, but after a few conversations with the guys over at Misfits I decided to do a completely new build because the parts I had were so old. Any way these guys have awesome communication and don't do anything you don't ask them to, while giving excellent advice on how to proceed with your electronics. Don.t rush them they do amazing work. 10/10 highly recommended

Stopped by thinking I needed a new charging port on my iPhone. They immediately knew there was excessive lint in the port. Fixed in a couple minutes and phone is charging like new. NO CHARGE. Now that's great customer service.

I highly recommend this place as your go-to for any electronic repair needs! They were very honest about the issue my computer had, and told me what they fixed, and how they fixed the issue. The price given was fair for the amount of work put into the repair, I was advised on the best cleanup system for my laptop. Aaron was honest, helpful, and I was treated fairly as a customer. Definitely will return with more electronics in need of repairing!!

I've used Misfits for years. They've fixed several electronic devicesfor me. From a new hard drive in my laptop a Xbox controller and I just had them fix my Sony Bravia. And ita working perdectly. Among other items. A+ repair service everytime. Highly recommended.

Came in there with a chewed up power cord that I couldn’t replace. They were able to fix it for much less than I thought it would cost. Really nice guys, would recommend.

I have been there a few times and they have always been really good and honest! For the other person about removing misc from their name, #1 your review barely makes sense, #2 misc isn't in their name, it is misfits. Also, they didn't give you a quote because it would be too expensive to fix your old electronics, time for an upgrade. Btw, I've made jokes and they barely laugh and I'm a funny person! They have educated me about my new phones in the past for free, they have replaced screens and charging ports for our phones, never had issues! They have also been honest to tell me when things weren't worth the cost of fixing them. I'm glad they are here in our town to help us out!

This really is a great place for your electronic repair needs. They have even told me when something wasn't worth repairing and would be cheaper to purchase a new one, and not even something they sold either). I had a phine that II couldn't get to charge any more Verizon told me it was a lost cause due to the charging port and it didn't have a replaceable battery nor would it charge with a wireless charger. Devistated at the thought of losing tons of pictures, I came here and these wonderful guys removed the cover and proved to me that it did indeed have a battery with wireless charging capability! I bought a wireless charger from them since they saved my pictures! This is without a doubt the best and most honest place I've been to and I will continue to give them my business and refer others there!
