AT&T Store

We arrived right at 12 pm at the store in Dickson and was immediately greeted with a helpful smile by the associate. He quickly helped me make my selections and we were on our way in no time. Great service and very efficient. I will return for sure.

New management is great! I gave this location another try and I am glad I did. It was so bad the last time I went to this location, however when I went this time I was helped by their new store manager and wow was I impressed. This is now my favorite AT&T store ask for Chris he is great!

The customer service was top notch, and I have never had a problem with this store. They did they best that they could do with the tools they've been given, and I will go here from now on for all my cellphone needs.

the people working here are amazing went in to upgrade and they were straight to the point about everything gave us no complications at all and answered any questions we had 10/10 overall :)!!!!

I had another great experience in the store. A couple weeks ago Joshua went out of his way to make sure my warranty was handled and got me a new phone. William helped me get a returned handled. The team is so great and every one goes out of their way to help costumers. THANKS SO MUCH!

We had Julian help us. We were going to be late so we called ahead and were told if we could make it at least 30 minutes before close we’d be fine for what we were specifically wanting to do. We got there and he was really nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. He helped us through every detail and didn’t rush us out or anything (which I probably would’ve done if I were in his shoes). It was a great experience and I’m very grateful to Julian!

Had to review this fantastic AT&T store for the fantastic customer service from Destiny! She went above and beyond helping us with our new phones and had us totally taken care of! All set now! Very professional and down to earth. AT&T has chosen well here! Nice store too!

Brandon and Destiny were so nice throughout the whole process. I showed up super early to my appointment and Destiny got me right in and out! I was seriously planning on being there for 2 plus hours and was dreading it! So glad I changed phone services; it has changed my outlook!

We went into this store yesterday 08/05/18 to activate service with AT&T. Brandon helped us out. We had a few issues switching over one phone because it was a out of state number. He did all he could to get that number put onto the plan! He is awesome! I would recommend this store and Brandon to anyone! Awesome Job!

Korey was fantastic! I had several transactions to process, he took care everything. Terrific personality, friendly service and I didn’t feel pressured. I left feeling satisfied with my purchases. Wish the staff at this location worked at my home store in Huntsville Texas.
